This fan been working perfectly since I bought in 2020. Unfortunately my son got his hands on the remote and destroyed it. I wish there was a way to get another remote or replacement..

Amazing fan I would keep it on everyday because my room doesn't have proper air flow and worked very well. On the down side I had an unexpected issue with the fan causing a loud humming sound and it stop working. But the company I give 5starts for quickly fixing the issue and I couldn't be happier. Definitely buy this fan knowing that the company will respond if anything were to happen. Thank you guys differently will be a retiring returning customer

This fan has been in my wish list for over a year and I finally got it. It's awesome with constant air and what i love the most is the construction. It's all metal that keeps the air very cool most of the time. It pulls air from the bottom and needs to be dusted almost everyday. Keep that in mind and it is a great fan.

Overall a mediocre product. Air volume is not that high unless you put it on the maximum setting. Fan is quite loud on any setting and especially loud on the max setting. Looks cool, but more of a gimmick than a functional fan. The oscillation feature is good. One week into using it the unit stopped working. I had to unplug it. I plugged it back in the next day and it started working again. We only use it 2-3 times a week. Must say that the remote is good quality and overall the fan does look sleek.

Product had a very strong chemical smell, plastic was very flimsy, wind was not strong enough to feel just a few feet away while on the highest setting. Manually operation did not function as expected and could only be finely controlled by remote. Being flimsy plastic and low quality the unit was very noisy even on the lowest setting. I was hoping for something sleek and useful not cheap and useless. Heater function did not produce heat but did produce a strong burning smell. Burning plastic.

I had this fan for a couple of months and it worked great, but all the sudden it quit working and I received the message in the picture.Replaced the batteries and it still doesn’t work.

Heated bedroom in very little time with low temperature outside! This product exceeds my expectations. Great purchase and price! Only flaw is you must turn on manually before using remote. Takes up very little space, but produces heat like a much larger unit.

I love this amazing heater. It’s perfect for my bedroom (which is pretty large considering it was an add on that made two rooms one). Which I love because I have run heaters that just completely dry out my skin and full body once I turn them on.Night mode is amazingly quiet and soft.Half moon oscillating is great, still warms or cools whole room, while focusing on person or people closest.Easy to set temperatures.Remote is easy to use.Warm air shuts off after 9 hours.Comes with easy to understand instructions.I am super happy with my purchase and plan on purchasing more in the future for great gifts to friends and family.
