Multiple uses!
Okay so yes this works wonders for a sore, tight neck and shoulders but I found another use for it. When I had the illness that shall not be named I had IMMENSE almost unbearable sinus pressure and a throbbing headache. This was the only thing that helped. I warmed it in the microwave and plopped it on my face, sweet relief. So I would totally recommend this for multiple reasons!
