Received in zero dent condition.Cord length lamentably short.Bread crumbs tray opens on the opposite side to controls. In other words for most locations, opens towards the wall side. Would have been more convenient if the trays opened along the longitudinal axis.Outer metallic covers get unduly hot. It's rather thin skinned.All in all, a recommendable product.

I have used it for a few days now. It is costlier than some other 4 slice toasters, but after a couple of bad experiences with another toaster and returning that, I ended up getting this. The timer works as expected, the bread browns as expected, popup works as expected - basically it does what it says. One con is that the power cord is really short - the socket would have to be just next to the toaster.

Earlier product dented and one side was hanging loose , hence ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT… THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS DENTED TOO. VERY FLIMSY PRODUCT MADE IN CHINA… PLEASE DO NOT ORDER

Have been using for the last 2 months . No issues . Also a good finish and no hassles

One of the dual toaster sides failed in about 10 days of use, replacing is an issue cause the company wants you to bring toaster.
