Effective and easy to use
I brought these for my nan because with covid getting a test for proper hearing aids is very difficult. She loves them and thinks they are perfect for people who are in a similar situation. She says that they aren't perfect but have enabled her to hear again without effort in her final months. We both would recommend this product and are greatful for them.

Very disappointed
I have bough this for my mum and within one week one pair stopped working and by 3rd week both of the pair would not charge because l was abroad l did not get chance to claim the return, very disappointed

You need a red light to confirm hearing aid is recharging
Hearing aids work well.Only confusion was on recharging; you need to ensure the lights on the charger are red when recharging. We popped them in the wrong way and got a green light. Once understood, recharge worked well.Would recommend.

waste of money , Charging is hit and miss . Full charge lasts couple of hours . My advice is pay more and get quality
