I was a bit wary around mushroom tablets and the use of mushrooms for mental health benefits but I can honestly say my moods have improved massively and my brain feels alot more chilled, will be interesting to see whether I see similar effects long term!

Love these, I take in combination with lions mane from the same brand and can really tell a difference. I get a lot less menopausal brain fog and have more energy when I take them. The effect is subtle but noticeable. These are definitely helping with my menopause symptoms, a bit of a godsend at times!
