ARIATMen's Hybrid Rancher Western Cowboy Boot

*UPDATE* 3 DAYSThes boots are amazing and had to give another star. After the second day they were completely broken in and fit like a glove. At first i was apprehensive about the square toe and havinga loose fit. After they broke in and formed to my foot they are just the right tight and have just enough slip to fit perfect. The soles are always awesome with Ariat Duratread (The makers of Nascar race tires) which makes them durable. My soles always wear down and I have a problem with the steps on my tractor tearing up then soles of my boots. The steps have rough raised steel that is pretty jagged so you won’t slip, this always leaves chunks cut out of the heels and my soles are tore up at 6months and destroyed at 9 but I push it to 12. Don’t have to do that with Ariats. The color is great and the leather is excellent quality as well as the stitching. The wide carbon fiber shaft is great on the arch as well as the heat activated self forming insoles that make this boot an all around winner. Makes anything else feel inferior, you don’t know what your missing until you try its. The use of modern technology and materials (carbon fiber and duratread) mixed with the traditional western practical boot design style.I’ve always worn a 10.5 in boots but I’ve never owned a square toe so that might be why I feel like they are a little spacious in the toes. I love Ariat boots and use to work in a store selling boots and ariat were always my go to boot for customers who wanted something that was built to last and looked and felt good. I can tell I’m going to like these boots I’m just going to have to get used to them. I also still can’t believe I only paid $74.99 for them. That prices alone makes me happy.

These boots are real good looking and because they are work boots, they have excellent tread...I look forward to wearing them for outdoor work projects and stomping around in the bush. They are taking longer than expected to break in. I have really high arches and slightly wide feet, and usually wear a size 12 in most running/tennis shoes, mostly to compensate for wider feet since these types don't typically come in size EE. So based off of other reviews that said these boots are slightly larger, and to order a half size down from your regular shoe size, I ordered an 11.5EE. Wearing it as it came, there was just a little bit too much wiggle room which created rubbing irritation on the top of my foot and ankle area. I've tried inserting a couple different types of foot inserts, including SOLE and another. While those did help with the lack of arch support, they took up too much space in the boot which makes it uncomfortable for long periods of time. Currently using a gel-arch support pad that i've slipped under the factory foot insole. This is working the best so far, just troublesome making sure the pads stay in the right place throughout the day. I may glue them in once I feel comfortable enough with them. ***Size UP*** I bought another boot and this time went with size 12EE. Coupled with the SOLE insole insert, that boot feels really comfortable and I have no problem wearing them all day. Hope this helps.

These are great boots! Very comfortable and very stylish. I'm a 9EE and these fit true to size. Very stable when walking round. Only thing I did. Ot like was the insoles, but that was easily fixed with a pair I had from other boots. All in all this is a very well made boot that can be used for either work or outings.

As anyone would say, wear your leather boots in. Purchased 11 wide. When they arrived boxing was nice, the boots look dang good. For two weeks wore with thin socks to assist with foot form. Left foot was fine but right is a little wider. I’d recommend wet forming if you want to wear your boots sooner, just be sure they dry afterward and you must condition them very well to prevent dry rot/cracking. Boots wear nicely now but still feel a hint narrow. Oil/slip grip does a nice job, just don’t step in a huge oil puddle, there’s very little to stop you from sliding. Rubber bottom is nice compared to traditional bottom. Inner soles are comfortable, very comfortable, even for my wide feet.

The boot was great but Amazon isn’t. I ordered a 10.5 and actually need an 11 in this particular boot and Amazon doesn’t allow me to order an 11 and still can’t get an answer from Amazon

Was looking for comfortable boots for work 8-10 hour shifts . After wearing them for ever day over a year now, they still are workforce Md look good. After trying a few boots these are the best for indoors/outdoors great versatility.

I re ordered same boots today after 15 months. You can guess after so long, it was hard to get rid of. Besides the comfort, im the kind who dont walk flat and ruin the heel before anything, but this boots are so durable that you can bearly see the worn out heel.
