CALZONE MAKER MOLD

I was a little disappointed, because the picture depicts a mold with an interesting BRAIDED set of "teeth." Which is one of the major reasons why I bought this press. I really liked the intricate design. That is NOT what I received! What I got looked like any other regular empanada or dumpling mold with squared edges. If you don't care what the edges look like, then I suppose it shouldn't bother you. I, however, was disappointed. The picture is totally misleading. On the upside (despite it's UN-braided edges), it preformed its function perfectly (which is what really matters). I can also appreciate that it is deeper than most empanada molds, which allows for more filling. All-in-all, I was satisfied with this purchase, but it loses a star for its misleading picture.

This set arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition.However they don't look like the ones in the picture. Thepictures showed a rather fancy-looking "braided" edge, butthe ones I got are plain perpendicular slashes. I haven'tused them yet but they should work fine. Quite unhappywith the change of pattern though. They should have updatedthe website picture!

I looked a long time to find the size calzone, empanada, pasties mold I wanted. This one fits the bill perfectly. I ordered two of these not realizing they came two per order but I'm so happy to own four. I get the family together on a Saturday morning and we make several fillings and a couple types of dough and in a couple hours we have breakfast 'hot pocket', several types of snack pies and some fruit turnovers. The molds are sturdy and very easy to use. It makes an attractive edge. It has changed these grab and go meals from a chore to a treat. They also clean up very easily. We look forward to years of use and trying more great recipes. This calzone mold is miles ahead of the smaller more flimzy molds we tried.

My package arrived a few minutes ago, and I am extremely disappointed. I thought I was ordering the calzone mold that was pictured here. The picture shows a mold with a nice scalloped, rope-like edge to it. The only reason I placed this order was that picture. Unfortunately, what I received was a box with two cheap knockoff molds in it. This is NOT what I ordered!I realize that I must take some responsibility for this, because if I had read the comments here I certainly would not have placed this order. However, customers here should be better protected from this type of deception. I will not purchase anything from this vendor again. Caveat emptor!

i seen this product online . it is a very beautiful braided design pattern. so i ordered it . today i received the item . Very disappointed . not braided item like picture shows. i would of like to gotten what i ordered.

Does not work as well as advertised - its design pinches dough at clam's back end and dough always sticks to shinny plastic - could be much better

Plastic, large, easy to clean. Really easy to use.I will probably order a couple more to gift outto friends that like to cook

This mold is good,I did not used it yet. I made this Empanada before with out the mold. It turn out really good. Now that I have this I will definitely make this soon when I have time.Right now I been so busy at works.
