I love these pans!
These pans replaced my old Teflon pans and I absolutely love them. They’re so easy to clean, anything baked on it comes off so easily when I clean them. They bake things evenly. If I don’t bake with a liner, there’s only slight stickiness. They’re super sturdy and scratch resistance.

Beautiful muffin pan except for the scratches
Sounds silly but this is beautiful bakeware! The only issue was that it was scratched on one end on the edge and around one of the cups. Maybe being too picky but I did pay $18 for a muffin pan and would like for it to start out unscratched. I had an aluminum muffin pan that I used for 20+ years and it was my favorite. Finally I had to throw it away since it was not the quality of Nordic Ware. A lot of difference in the final product when using aluminum rather than the other things available. It is quite heavy and very well made and I look forward to using it. I will update my review after baking and I will be buying other Nordic ware items as well.Would definitely recommend their products!

Hefty and Clean Well
It could be because it is considered "commercial" but this muffin tin is hefty (not necessarily in a bad way). I am a big fan of Nordicware pans because they don't "pop" in the oven and was looking to replace my previous (non nordicware) muffin tin. It cooks the muffins super evenly due to the light aluminum color. Fair warning though: I recommend taking some oil and a paper towel and wiping the inside of the tin - it had a coating of black something that wasn't visible till i sprayed cooking spray, even though I washed it before use.So, wipe with oiled paper towel, then wash thoroughly. Also, I think it says dishwasher safe but, for any pan, I recommend hand washing to avoid early rusting.I will say, I had to replace this item because Amazon originally sent me a roasting pan that had a "muffin pan" sticker but it was definitely not a muffin pan. But the exchange/ return of the "not muffin pan" was easy.

Heavy duty muffin pan
Haven't used it yet. It seems super sturdy and I like the compact size. Just a little smaller than my old muffin pan I am replacing. I did purchase one that already returned. It was in like new condition but not in original packaging. I do wish there was a little brand marking on it though showing it's definitely Nordicware Brand. Hoping I definitely got that and not a replica or something.

Almost Exactly What I've Been Looking For
Years ago at a garage sale I found a pair of muffin pans that had 9 cups in each pan, so they made 18 muffins in a size between regular and mini muffins. I still have those, but they have a seam/ridge around each cup, and I've been hoping to find a similar size that is easier to clean. The cups in this pan are a little wider and shallower, but they're the closest I've found.I use these for muffins, not cupcakes, so I don't care if there are no liners that fit. I like the crust on muffins and liners make the crusts soft.So,Pros:- More crust in proportion to the middles- Easy to clean- Nordic Ware quality, so they should last forever- They are the right size and shape to make tea cakesCons:- If you're trying to make cupcakes there aren't many liners that will fit- Almost too shiny, so it's harder to get the crusts brown, but that should improve with time- So shallow that it's hard to split the muffins open for buttering- Since the cups are all in one pan it's harder to turn them out, it needs a large platter or a sheet pan

I love these pans
I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from.
