The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love the shower system. It looks very classy, and gave my remodeled bathroom a masterpiece look. The pressure from the ceiling mount and the handheld is very strong. The material used are durable, and I’m completely satisfied with the easy installation process and quality of the material.

I purchased the 16 inch matte black kit for my newly remodeled shower stall, and I am in LOVE! The oversized rain-shower is amazing for my space, and the handheld is a bonus for rinsing my hair or bathing the dogs. For reference, my shower stall measures 3ft x 5ft. There is very little room outside the downpour of water with this size; but there is enough space for me to breath right outside of it, and the head DOES pivot and swivel to practically any position you need it to (including a side angle). Because we completely gutted the entire shower (including the walls) installation and plumbing assembly was extremely easy. We did have to be very careful cutting out the openings for the handheld housing though - because of its small faceplate there is very little room for error. If the opening isn’t big enough you won’t be able to fully screw the attachment on, but too big and you’ll have gaps in your tile around it. The valve did have a really small leak at first, but we added a bit more tape to the fittings and that solved the problem. We waited 3 days to ensure there were no leaks (and there wasn’t after adding more tape) my best guess is since our pipes are older, we just needed a bit more tape then usual to get a good seal.The handheld mount also has an attached swivel piece as well so you can adjust it up and down to get the proper angle you want. It also allows you to tighten it if you choose to not utilize the swivel aspect of it.NOTE: We DID NOT use the included 12 inch drop pole for the shower head. For some reason.... it doesn’t really bother me though as much as I thought it would.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and very pleased with the entire kit! I loved that it came with EVERYTHING you need to install too (unless you want a different drop pole height for the shower head of course.)And unless you already have your plumbing set up for a shower head and handheld - I don’t really think this would be all that easy for a finished bathroom looking for an accessory upgrade. I do highly recommend this for those who plan to remodel their tile though. It makes the job much easier!

I'm an architect and I chose this shower system for my own bathroom remodel. It was a bit of a chance as I'd never used an overhead "rain-type" shower before. However, the wide spray area and even flow make it very enjoyable.I initially looked at shower systems that would have cost me a lot more money and required me to select from various options to put together a full system. Most of these systems have exposed plastic parts that are objectionable. I found the SR system by accident and initially looked at it because it was less expensive. It appeared to be well-made and the reviews were positive, so I purchased it.I had an interaction with customer service that was very positive - that's why I'm writing this review today.If in the future the company adds the option of other lengths of vertical pipe (the shower arm), that would be a positive enhancement. I will recommend this shower system to future residential clients.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a very well made unit, the main shower valve is encased in plastic cover for protection until install. It works great and I love everything about it. Just remember the 16 inch shower head has to be installed from ceiling as wall arm will not carry weight.

This shower system is amazing! the water flow feels like a torrential downpour. My wife said i feel like im in a resort bathroom. You can use the shower head and the handheld at the same time. Mine is ceiling mounted and seems very sturdy and you can even swivle the shower head. All controls are the brushed nickle and are very well made. I will refer this system to all my friends and family

We purchased this shower system on the recommendation of our contractor. We couldn’t be happier with it. The materials are solid and beautiful. Even the packaging it ships in speaks quality.

I never write reviews right after using any products i buy here. So my reviews for this shower set is 6 months after installation and first use. The quality is ok for the price... but when its about water, i should have gone with better design. I do not say renowned brands are better... only talking abou design here and the culprit in this set is the part is the joined pciture. It was a nightmare to install and it leaked after few months of use. The hex edges on the part enabling its tightening are pure crap! If i had the possibility to tighten with bare hands, it could have been better... but not way.. material is veru soft and if your do not pay attention, part could be scrapped easily.My message to the seller, because of the yellow part that we cannot find anywhere, am dissatisfied....

We wanted a durable combination rain shower head and shower wand, with a diverter valve and a pressure balanced main valve. Should be easy enough to find we thought. Nope! We looked through the local chain stores, the plumbing (contractor) suppliers and most of the one-off plumbing/bathroom design stores finding nothing that fit our criteria or budget. (Does anyone really need a gold-plated shower?!?) We came away empty handed and turned to on-line. It was a leap of faith purchasing this system, one that has paid off.The system is very well packaged and protected. It arrived ahead of schedule and we were very pleased to see the quality of this product. At the time of ordering, we could not find a 6 inch ceiling mount settling for the 12 inch and sending the supplier a note requesting information about getting as 6 inch mount. They sent us one without charge! We had our complete system ahead of schedule.Installing the system with a newly constructed cement board wall and tiled shower was tricky and it took some precise measuring. However, the documentation which came with the system was very accurate and helpful. It’s a good thing too as we have no access from behind the shower and we had few options is we made an error. It was measure multiple times and dry fitting to be sure. It was definitely worth the effort! While we have not had it in use very long, we are extremely pleased with both the product and customer service and are already planning using one in our next bathroom reno.

This is the second time ordering this product bc we were so impressed with the first purchase. Unfortunately it was the wrong one, and we re-ordered the correct one(we required the tub functionality as well) we are losing $32 in shipping fees. I’m wondering If the SELLER, would kindly reverse these charges given the fact we re- ordered the correct product from them and spending more?

We purchased this for our master bathroom renovation.After doing quite a bit of research I selected this rainshower with handheld. The reviews posted on other sites were spot on. It was beautifully packaged & easy for our contractor to assemble. Love the 12" rain shower. It is glorious!

I find it very good. It is well designed. The brushed nickel is classy. The water pressure is strong. The water balance is good. The feel is just comfortable for both Rain Shower and Shower Head.The installation is easy and simple. The water adjustment is easy. The product is well beyond my expectation.The support and service had been excellent before I purchased the product.
