The best part about these is that they take 1 minute to make and are really unique and fun to eat. I add whipped cream to them and it makes them perfect! My kids eat them and they are an easy snack/meal for families on the go.

We love the muffin cups and flap jacks but not a fan of the oatmeal. The variety pack we received did not include all flavors shown in the pictures. No mint chip, strawberry or almond poppy seed were included. Instead there were duplicates of some other flavors.

We originally purchased these for a trip so we could hear them up in our hotel room. It worked great and we loved them so much that we now buy them for daily protein breakfast or a snack prior to workout. We own a gym and my husband takes them to them gym as a quick on the go high protein snack or breakfast! We buy these a lot!

These are so good but be aware that you might not receive the flavors that are pictured. I was really looking forward to trying one in particular (especially since it's not sold anywhere near me), but it wasn't included in the assortment. The others are still delicious but a little disappointing.

This listing has an image of what is included. I had myself and my husband thoroughly check for an actual list of flavors. Neither of us found one. It didn't say random selection anywhere either. Naturally I assumed what was in the photo is what we would get. I was specifically after a certain flavor shown in the product photo. This listing is also more expensive than all the rest. It's usually $30 for 12 cups on any other listing and this one is $43. I was okay paying it for the flavors I was after and since it was a wide variety. Needless to say the product came and it's just random. The flavors I was specifically after that is shown in the listing are not included. I'll be attempting to return but even if I can't I wanted to warn others. They're using photos of flavors not included and inflating the price and then sending you just whatever. Again nowhere does it say you'll be sent a random assortment and nowhere is the exact flavors listed. The only thing you have to go by is the photo. I'm super bummed about it. I won't purchase again.

My kids are very picky eaters but they love these cups. They're healthy and easy to make, and they come in a good variety of flavors. I was hesitant because the box is a bit pricey but now I am ready to order more boxes just for how convenient they are to give my kids for breakfast or even a mid-day snack.
