Is the Protagonist Crazy or Is He Being Set Up? Daniel Palmer Rocks!!
Daniel Palmer has become one of my all-time favorite authors! His father was the late Michael Palmer, a wonderful author of medical thrillers. Daniel certainly received his talented genes! In addition, Daniel worked in the tech field, so many of his books have a lot of high tech factors, including this one. He has great character development, an exciting plot with a lot of twists, and great endings. This novel is about Charlie, an entrepreneur in the tech field who is on the top of his game after selling his start-up company and becoming the Director of his own project. Charlie has his life all laid out for him, and his control is essential. But he starts to lose control and soon is fired from his own division, hearing and seeing people that others cannot, and sinking into the desperation of knowing that he could be killing the people who ruined his life-ALTHOUGH HE CANNOT REMEMBER DOING IT! Is he going mentally ill, as his schizophrenic father and brother did? Or is he being set up to look like the murderer? I can’t stop reading this novel. This is his debut novel, and wow, he did great. I already have read several more of his and want to read more!

Spend your money on something else
This is a terrible book. I believe it is intended to be suspenseful, but it is not. I forced myself to read to 25% in case it got better but it was a waste of time. One of the worst things about it is that the main character is a tech genius who can't figure out how the digital frame up happened. I'd go on but I'd rather forget that I ever bought it.And fyi, Lee Child is too generous. I've been taken in before by other glowing blurbs he's provided.

Didn't want to put it down!
Charlie is at the top of his game. Everything is going along well in his life. Even though his father was crazy and his brother is schizophrenic, he's managed to deal with it through the years. However, he has no idea that his world is about to change drastically. In the blink of an eye his job is gone, his mother is hospitalized and he's faced with caring for his brother, possibly permanently. Those things prove to be the least of his worries. Murder and mayhem ensue. I don't want to say too much and maybe give something away. What I will say is that this was a roller coaster ride of intrigue and suspense. By the time I got to the end I was sitting on the edge of my seat worrying about how it all would end. While it started out slow, due mainly to background information vital to the story, it quickly picked up its pace until it was a race to the finish. The author did an excellent job of delving into the problem of schizophrenia, which played an important role in the story. He also did a good job of keeping you guessing. Just when I thought I had it figured out, the story would take an unexpected turn. It was definitely worth taking the time to read. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good thriller with lots of action and plenty of suspense.

Delirious-good title
The story was way too slow to start, I almost decided not to continue reading it and skipped over many pages. By chapter twelve the story started to unfold so I decided to read on. The story was pretty good and I had no idea how it would end. However the ending was so unrealistic and so far-fetched I almost laughed out loud at the stupidity of it all. I would not recommend this book.

Still wondering
I think you need to be a computer idiot to enjoy this book, otherwise you get lost in all the lingo. To me, the whole concept of the book was a little unbelievable. Pretty weird. I read it, but I can't say I really enjoyed it. His other books are much better.

Average reading with well expected end
A nice and very imaginary plot but writing is nothing close to being a page turner. It has areas of long and unneeded sections with other areas lacking. All in all, it helped me pass time though nothing to remember as a strong reading experience.

HERO IS NOT BELIEVABLE/CONSISTANT
This is my first Daniel Palmer book and I will read him again. DELIRIOUS is just too much for me. We have probably a genius computer guy who simply falls for everything. He is only selectively smart. His mental brother makes better decisions. Palmer can write but this was too much to take. Pretty fast paced but falls short.

Just as awesome as his dad!!!
I was not able to figure out how the killer was masterminding the behind the scenes action. Truly a page turner. I was not able to guess the killer until all was revealed. What amazing writing by Michael Palmer's son!!!!!!
