Great for Diabetics
Great size and its good for diabetics. It did not spike my mother's sugar at all. It did arrive open...but all 12 of the items were inside.

Delicious! Has a great texture and consistency. It doesn't seem stale tasting despite being shelf stable. Very strong seal so wasn't prone to busting open. I ate this as a dessert because it has reasonable calories for the portion size.
