Stanley Garden BDS7496 FATMAX Heavy Duty 8-Pattern Spray Nozzle, Yellow

I have large hands and this one fits. Build quality seems top notch, everything works smoother. It has a more accurate pinpoint stream. Now if I can only get the squirrels to not chew on it!!

This is a high quality nozzle . We live on a farm and all the setting options are so nice!We have the matching water hose and they are wonderful together !

So far so good for a Stanley, as long as I don’t let the wife touch it.

The handle cracked (below the pivot) after a year of once-a-week use. I have other spray nozzles that are working fine after five years. Not recommended.

Overall, this is a perfectly usable attachment. I have two of them and they do the job. Having said that, there are a couple of minor annoyances with it. Some will agree with me; some will not.1. The small ring that locks the nozzle in the "on" position engages too easily. It's very easy for this nozzle to be locked on when you did not intend to do so. A minor, but annoying, design flaw.2. The order of the spray patterns. Ok, not many people would pay attention to this, but there are some of us who do. The order is illogical. There may be a good reason for this. But, as a simple user of the nozzle, it could have been laid out better. To many of you, this will sound like the complaint of a crazy person. But, it actually bugs me every time I use it. It's like they ordered it and put number 5 before number 3. Legit design choice vs. design flaw - you make the call! :)UPDATE: February 25, 2021Well, after living with these for many months, I need to downgrade the review. The minor annoyances became problems. I would not recommend this spray nozzle.

Good nozzle. Didn't leak on me. Will follow-up if it doesn't last.

Bought for tool bag I am putting together for my grandson - using yellow so his tools will be easily identified from those of siblings.

Can't go wrong with Stanley (at least I still hope that's true) Works as expected and appears to be quite robust and leak free. It's hard to get excited about a spray nozzle, but I'm sick of replacing them all the time. I hope this one lasts. I like the feel and performance of this one so far (only a couple of weeks at time of writing).

Has multiple settings. Attaches with ease to hose. Was bought for a different replacement nozzle. Only tested it out but water pressure is good and will do the trick for gardening and outdoor cleaning.

Owned it for only a season and the quality is good. Time will be the true test. Their tools are great so hoping the nozzle lasts a while.
