After 7 months in the New Mexico sun Starting to crack and split on top surface where it gets the most sun. Would not recommend for a high intense sun area

The tarp served my purpose of just covering my spa cover but it started fading within the first month of use. Also it easily blows off when it’s windy out. I do like that it’s still intact and no leaks after a few months of use.

Easy to use, velcro corners make it a quick fit. Seems well made. Time will tell!

My spa is located in the sun, so perhaps the spa cover fabric is not suited for sunny locations. But, I purchased it in January 2020 and by July the fabric became brittle and it ripped apart in a storm and was no longer usable. Nylon degrades in the sun, but I didn't read where the material was not to be used in sunny locations. In any event, several other reviews of the spa cover reported a 6-month life, too. I'd like to protect the expensive spa top, so I'll look for another fabric suitable for sunny locations.

Excellent quality. A great investment to prolong the life of your hot tub cover. I just replaced my cover and they are expensive. This cover is a great investment.

Definitely water proof. It's a little big for my hot tub but the price was right and it is a great added cover for the winter.

Got this for a tub, fits like a glove. This will save our cover from the sun and hopefully extend the life of it.

I really thought I’m saving money by not buying the more expensive covers(around 200$ CA) but it was not the case. This cover survived the Canadien winter okay but it didn’t survive the Canadien summer. UV radiation completely destroyed it. It is good for one season.
