I only need 6' for a flat access. Can one segment be folded under the other and rermain stable?

Technically, yes, but I don't see how it could be made to lay flat. The folded under portion would be upside down with side ridges.

Ramp needed for five steps which is 54 inches high off the ground ? Any Suggestions for me?

Rule of thumb is to divide the number of inch’s tall of your steps by 2 and that’s how many feet of a ramp you’ll need. 54” divided by 2 is 27. You’ll need a ramp that is 27’ long.
