The media could not be loaded.  I bought this chair to help me with the pain that I have due to my medical condition. It has worked wonders on my body. It has really helped me a lot to alleviate my pain and stressor points. My husband has now taken over it now. I love how it stretches your body and the heat on it is a great added benefit. Muscle relief at a point message is my favourite setting. It does all that I need. This was one of the best purchases I could've ever done. It does a great job on the lower back, legs, arms, feet. It is well-made. My only complaint is that it doesn't really get his neck as he would like. There is a pillow that hangs down that has air pumped through it to massage the neck, but it is not vigorous enough for him. To begin this chair is a very good bargain. The thing you need to remember is that it does not compare to the much higher priced chairs and doesn't have all of the features of those chairs. It give a good massage and their are a lot of features that I like. You can adjust they type of massage and you can pause the motion so that your massage is focused on one area. The chair when not in use can be adjusted to recline without the massage.The negatives, the instruction manual really is not very informative, it has information about features that the chair doesn't have (will elaborate later) and it's information is very basic on the functions and operation. But after a few uses you will get the general idea of how to operate the chair. The remote is fairly user friendly.One thing I found that is covered in the manual is the adjusting of the leg/footrest position. In the manual it shows 2 buttons that allow you to adjust the up and down position of he footrest. For the life of me I cannot find either of these buttons on the remote. The only thing I can do is keep pressure on the footrest to keep it in a position that is comfortable for me. I'm 5'6" and he footrest seems kind of short.The manual just shows a button for "music". It doesn't mention that this turns on the blue tooth speakers it only indicates that the button is for music. One you turn on your speakers check your device and it will only show a connection for "blue tooth".When the chair is not actively giving a massage the rollers move to a position in the center of your back. It is uncomfortable and makes the chair not really usable when not being massaged. I have placed a pillow over the rollers when not in use but it's still not that comfortable. It would be better if the rollers "parked" in the upper position when not in use.The last issue I had was I was missing a the power cord. I went through all of the boxes and packing material but couldn't find it. Amazon really doesn't have an easy way to be contacted and the only option they have online is to return the item because parts are missing. I have contacted "DINOMORE" the actual seller and am waiting for their reply. The good thing is that the cord is a standard 3 prong cord that your computer uses. I robbed a cord from a printer and will have to switch cords if I need to print.Basically I am satisfied with the chair. Assembly was straight forward and the only tool you need is an Allen wrench which is supplied. The package will come on a pallet in 2 large boxes. The smaller box will have the armrests and the larger box will have the base/seat and cushions. There will be a small box with the base that will have the remote, manual and hopefully in your case a power cord.The chair gives a good massage and is a bargain compared to many of the other chairs. I received it on a Friday and as I write it is Monday. Over the weekend the chair has seen a lot of use. After Sunday family dinner everyone wanted to try it out and they were all satisfied with the massage they received.

When I first got it on Feb 21 2020 it made a knocking noise when doing the lower back. I read the manual and it did that was just the motors moving. I got use to it and it was a good chair, till now. April 6 2020 it just started making a grinding noise over my right shoulder. I have friends that have chairs and one paid less then I did for this chair and has had much longer with no problems. The chair does a good job of massaging if you can relax with all the noise it makes. I would not purchase this chair again!

Worked well at the start, but 5 months in, the roller on a few of the massage options stopped going up and down and was stuck at the neck area. Another month later, the roller does not move at all on any setting, and so the chair is now an expensive neck massager.I understand that there may be malfunctions with technology, but have now reached out to the seller a few times with no response. For the price, it is definitely not worth the risk.

only had it a year and now i cant control anything it does. only will massage my upper back. i have no control over it. It sucks. Dont buy...

How do I get the vibrating feature on. It’s not in the manual. I got it to work the first week and never again.

Foot best, strong for back....update! Tapping motor stopped working after a week. Very hard to get parts or service. I returned chair before resolving issue. I’m sure eventually I would have gotten it resolved. This is a great chair for the price but customer service is slow.
