KatteeGenuine Leather Briefcase for Women, Large Capacity Laptop Bag with Luggage Tag

I'm a legal aid lawyer and honestly didn't think I could afford a bag this nice - it far exceeded my expectations. I rarely write reviews, and when I do, it's usually because I feel I've been swindled, not because I'm so happy with the product, but here I am. I don't care about labels, I just wanted three things out of my briefcase bag: 1) enough space for a laptop and several legal files - most of the briefcase bags made for women are just too small, 2) enough strength & durability to carry those things without breaking or wearing down the strap, and 3) genuine smooth leather of good quality. With a budget of $80, I thought I would have to compromise on the leather, and tbh I thought that was probably going to be the case with this particular bag. On the contrary, I was as pleasantly surprised as some of the other reviews that persuaded me to give it a try.As some other reviews have mentioned, the shoulder strap on the brown bag reads as more orange than brown, but not so much that it doesn't look like part of the bag. I think the product photo is quite accurate; you can see the strap is somewhat lighter and brighter than the leather, but it's similar enough to suit me. I was more concerned with the strap's durability, because they keep breaking on me, and this one is definitely heavy duty. The middle compartment is the largest by far, with a padded laptop pocket and enough space for 2-3 inches of legal sized files plus the cord and wireless mouse for the laptop. The outer compartments are quite slim and really won't accommodate a legal file more than half an inch thick - I think letter sized files would fit much better - but that's fine, I just keep a couple notepads in the back one. The front compartment has several small pockets for pens, business cards, etc. Despite its size, it doesn't *look* nearly as bulky as lot of other briefcase bags. The simple design gives it a sleek appearance and shows off the leather, which looks far more expensive than it is. In general, I believe it's true that you get what you pay for, but there are a few exceptions and this is one of them. Highly recommend.Update 10/28/2023: More than 3 years later, this workhorse bag is still going strong despite constant abuse. I've gotten tons of compliments on it and questions about where I bought it. I'm considering getting an additional color just to change things up.

I bought this close to a year ago and have been very pleased with its style, function, and durability so far. It does not see frequent use, but it does see some travel which I think speaks to its ability to take a hit or two. I really like that it houses my laptop, padfolio, portable monitor, and all my miscellaneous smalls with ease - all while looking like a vintage classic.

I love how it doesn’t bend when you put your laptop. It’s still fairly new to me as I write this review, but it definitely looks like it’ll hold its shape, which I believe is important when you but leather bag. I have the MacBook Pro reyina mid 2015 and it’s a 15.6 inch I believe. It is a tight fit, but it fits! A little hard to slide out my laptop but whatever I ain’t tripping . It could literally be half an inch bigger ( or less snug), and it would be perfect for MacBook pros 15.6 inch. Also I would like to Point out to the artist and designer of this bag, it would be perfect if the strap that holds the laptop is longer because it doesn’t reach the Velcro to secure my laptop, but because my laptop is so big and it fits snug, that itself keeps it from sliding around . Overall the negatives kinda canceled each other out. I love the bag perfect look, very feminine for a leather briefcase/laptop bag, cute bow, it’s perfect, has 3 compartments, the laptop goes in the middle, which I feel is extra protection in case your bag falls. Also once again, the bag is well made. I’m happy. I recommend it. Just buy Air do it for yourself , it’s an investment on school and work. I bought a bag for $40 years ago and bought 2 more since for $40. If I’d just buy this one years ago when I didn’t know it existed , it would be the only laptop bag id own because it’s truly timeless.

Love love love this case/bag, it delivered early, packaging was so professionally done. It comes with a protective bag covering like your high end purse does. The color of the leather is so vibrant, clean lines. Going to work I look more sophisticated and professional.

I like the bag but I do not love it. I appears to be a tad darker than the photo which is expected. It appears to be sturdy and I'm sure it will last a long time. It will fit a lot of stuff because it's roomy but not bulky. I received a few compliments.

I love the rich color. Its real leather at a decent price and looks to be good quality. I wont know about durability until I use it a while, but on first inspection it looks like its going to hold up pretty well. Nice zippers and pulls. The swivels on the shoulder strap are nice and the strap itself is wide, comfortable and adjustable to cross body. Happy with my purchase.

I love this bag. Not only is it stylish and beautiful with its rich color, I got the red one, it is sturdy and well constructed. I almost ordered one for twice the price but read the reviews and hesitated. So glad I did, I wouldn’t have found this beauty. It has lots of room to hold your things. An outside zipper pocket and an inside one for personal items. A zipper compartment in the middle for your computer and then an additional zipper compartments on both sides of the computer compartment for file folders or other things. I’ve had this bag for about two months and it looks just like it did the day it arrived. I highly recommend it. I don’t usually write reviews and I wasn’t given any promotion to write this, I just really love the bag, hard to find things that really please me 😊

Perfect size and style. Very practical for work. Room for a laptop or an iPad plus a lot more stuff. Really love it

It's really quite nice. Looks well made. It is a a gift. I will update at a later date. For now, I will say it is a beautiful leather tote bag.

I’m giving it a 5 star. Because this purse is absolutely beautiful. I returned it simply because was too big for what I was looking for.
