Worked immediately! Definitely recommend!
Our son began transitioning out of the swaddle at around 15 weeks. He did great with having one arm out, but really struggled with two arms due to the Moro reflex. This helped immediately with extending his naps, and the first night we didn’t have any difference with sleep (slept 8 hours straight.) I would suggest sizing down. Our little one is around 20 pounds, but is wearing a size small. It seemed to give him enough resistance to not disrupt his sleep. The fabric seems thin so it’s perfect for warmer months! :)

Keeps baby sleeping
I was skeptical that this would work for a swaddle transition. Our son had to be swaddled in order for him to sleep long stretches. Once he started to roll, we knew we needed a change. I tried multiple transition swaddles but this one definitely wins. I’m not sure what the science is behind this thing, but it keeps him sleeping for the most part. It’s easy to use and comfortable for him. I definitely recommend for those struggling with swaddle transitions.

An absolute LIFESAVER, especially if you also get the snuggle strap
Our little one was really struggling with other methods to transition out of his swaddle (one arm out, both arms out, and other sleep sacks weren't working as he'd wake up easily and cry hard). We wanted to transition him straight to something that would be safe for rolling so we wouldn't have to deal with another intermediate transition item, and this worked great! The fabric is soft and stretchy so he can reach his mouth with his hands to self-soothe. We bought the snuggle-strap to secure around his waist and we're glad we did as it not only provides some extra comfort but keeps the top part of the zipper/fabric from bunching up around his face and mouth when he moves since he's a very active and wiggly sleeper. We were so happy with it we bought a second one. Highly recommend if you're struggling with the swaddle transition!

Snoo Baby Approved
I returned this the first time, before even trying it. It’s thin and looks big. Thought no way this is going to work for my 5m swaddle-loving Snoo baby.Night 1 of sleep training, Asleep within minutes only 1 pop in. Night 2, no pop ins. Night 3, slept 6 hours straight, no pop ins and so on. Its much easier for him to self soothe in this compared to arms out sacks. We also have a helmet so the material is great for that (not too warm compared to other transition swaddles).

Solid transition piece
Very pleased with this. It helped me transition my baby from swaddle to sleep sack because if his strong started reflex still at 3.5 months old.

Not for us
I bought as a transition sleep sack but my baby didn’t like this, kept waking up every few hours. She ended up doing better with one arm out transition to eventually both arms out. It seemed baggy and didn’t give the stretch/ resistance I thought it would. I also disliked the fabric - very rough and cheap feeling.

10/10
The perfect transition sleep bag. I especially love it because my four month old can’t scratch her face while wearing. Washes and dries well. Lots of room for growth.

Comfy + light sleep sack
The material is nice and light, it keeps pretty cool. Baby has plenty of room to move around, but it still does a good job of muffling his startle reflex. Only issue is that the zipper is long and the material shrinks in the wash, so the zipper ends up kind of bunching up. Not a huge deal for me, but it looks kinda weird and sometimes bothers the baby if it ends up close to his face.
