Before I start let me give lil background. I have been a massage therapist for over 8 years, seeing between 20-24 clients a week. Never had any joint related problems or injuries due to my religious workouts and proper body mechanics. For last 5-6 months I have start experiencing very unpleasant pain at my distal interphalangeal joints and especially on the index finger of my right hand. I thought I have overwork it and it will fade away. Instead it start progressing to the point I really start to worry about it and decided to try some supplements to help that out. I am independent doTerra product consultant and since I am convinced in healing properties of essential oils and all doTerra is coming out with I start there. I tried everything prescribed for similar to my condition- Lifelong Vitality Pack - DOES NOT HELP, Deep Blue Rub and Deep Blue Oil - NO GO, Lemongrass+ Helichrysum - NO HELP AT ALL. So I gave up on doTerra ( Still believe in it but it was obvious can't help with my condition. I start Animal Flex- took it for over a month- Nothing. Then I go to Orange Triad - same thing, no improvement what so ever. In a mean time I have come up to two of the unknown for me products by Legion Athletic- Pre and Post Workout called - Pulse and Recharged - they gave me amazing results and I was very impressed by their outstanding customer service. After research I found they have product intended to help joint related issues called Fortify. I was desperate of everything I have tried without any results so I purchased Fortify without high hopes....Honest to god ...after only a week taking two pills early in a morning on empty stomach plus two pills high grade Omega 3 my symptoms fade away and now I am almost pain free. This is absolutely amazing. I am now firm believer in legions Athletic outstanding product quality. You guys ROCKKKKK!!!!

Dumbbell Rows are one of my favorite exercises, so I was very dismayed when after several years without problems, I began experiencing a severe pain in my right elbow during and immediately after dumbbell rowing (and some during pull-ups). Not wanting to give up the exercise, I foolishly pushed through the pain until it became noticeably worse after a few weeks. I googled the symptoms and read about things like Tennis Elbow, Golfer's Elbow, scary stuff about tendons, etc. and the general advice was to "stay off of it for a few months." Some people recommended Move-Free for its Glucosamine and Joint Fluid, so I bought it and tried it, but it didn't do me any good -- no difference at all. I've tried a few other Legion products over the last few years and loved the products I've tried, and still use Pulse for every workout. So when I saw a Joint Support supplement from Legion I thought "sure, I'll try it" because I didn't have another solution and at that point was seriously considering seeing a doctor about my elbow. After about a week of taking the recommended 2 pills a day (I do one in the morning, one in the evening) my pain was reduced by about 50%. I couldn't believe it. After a few weeks, it was about 80%. I'm about 3 weeks in now and my elbow is back to 100%. If anyone reads this and is experiencing a similar problem from dumbbell rows or other pulling exercise, try giving this a shot. So thanks for a great supplement Legion, you've kept me in the gym and I'm relieved to have solved a health problem.

Let me just say up front, I have no scientific data to prove what I'm about to write. That being stated, I love Legion products, but this one gave me weird side effects which went away after I stopped taking it. Mostly it was gastro problems but I also had mild headaches that would come and go. Lastly, I just felt off, couldn't quite figure it out but just "head in the clouds" feeling. Not for me, but I will continue to take the multi Legion which I've been happy with for years.

Hey I would like to share with you my experience with The Legion team. I have been a long time supporter of Mike Matthews and his work, I have read and owned Bigger Leaner Stronger, The Shredded Chef, Eat Green Get Lean, and I'm currently about to finish the Beyond Bigger Leaner Stronger book and challenge. I'm also under a meal plan I purchased from Muscle for life. Over the last four years, since it's foundation, I have supported Legion Athletics and I consume their pre workout Pulse, their multivitamin Triumph, their joint supplement Fortify, their fish oil Triton, their fat burners, well almost everything with the exception of their Protein which is not affordable for me. I'm quite happy with their products I think they are honest with their work and Mike's books have changed my life, and I'm grateful for that. Sadly, Legion is now a proud company that doesn't care for their long time supporters. As part of my cutting plan I decided to join their Facebook group for support and interaction while having a few difference of opinions with some members which is natural in a multicultural and varied background forum. The Legion team constantly blocked anyone that had anything than a perfect opinion of their products and services. They also targeted my content and they finally blocked me when I expressed that I was sad with the costumer service they provided me. They discriminate, target, and block you without consideration, in words of a fellow and current member of the group "I didn't think your posts were any worse than what others posted and I thought you were UNFAIRLY TARGETED for reasons I'm not sure of". I have to be honest with you. I was surprised with Legion's customer service behavior, a few years ago I would have never believed they will act like this. I have personally defend their reputation in Amazon when people were lying about their products so WHY would they discriminate and target their customers? And I know why, for the quality of their products Legion is used to a lot of praise but the moment you raise a concern or valid criticism they shut down and target you, they stop liking you and they discriminate against you. Instead of growing as customer service they have become egocentric and prideful and the once honest company has become the one that uses defamation and falsehoods against their long time supporters. If your experience have been different, god bless bother, if they have treated you nice and with respect, god bless sister. I really don't wish that they treat everyone like they have treated me I respect your truth and also please respect mine. By the way they won't give you your money back if you don't want their products anymore. Don't expect them to have the decency to even take their products back.

I think is helping however need to take for a 30 to 60 days before see benefits. I think there are curacimin products available at lower price
