Samyang 2X Spicy Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen, 4.9oz (Pack of 20)

After the first few bites I could feel the life begin to fade from me, however I somehow began to develop the ability to manipulate small objects. Press forward I did. When I finished the noodles my cells were in full revolt, every piston was firing, communicating, replicating. I could manipulate my tastebuds, but not feel my face. Carry forward otherworldly spirits told me. The soup seared my intestines as my body began to disintigrate, no longer capable of wielding such power. By the time my cells absorbed the liquid fire I had fully transcended, I am the past, present, and future. 10/10 would recommend.

These things taste good at first. Then on my third bite I could taste no more. The burn was real and I love spicy stuff, but this was unpleasant! I got light headed, but I wouldn't let these defeat me! Did it for the challenge and it was a little rough. The next day when Mount St Helens came out of my anus was not so great! Good times

I originally purchased these for the challenge and my first bowl was extremely hot. My lips and tongue felt like someone cut me with razors!Now here is what went wrong: i did not follow the instructions properly. It says to drain the water and add sauce to the noodles while in the pan and finish cooking. I did not do that i put it in a bowl then added the sauce. It was wet and i feel like it made the noodles hotter by doing it this way. The flavor start out sweet then you slowly start to rethink your life as the heat creeps up lol!! After the challenge the next day without a person in soght to talk to, i made the noodles properly and the heat was still there but so was the flavor. My lips didn't burn from the excess liquid from the previous batch and it was enjoyable. After i ate it the heat was in full effect and lasted for about 10 minutes but it was good so i will be buying again. Oh and bathroom trauma for me either. I thought for sure i would be crying on the toilet but it didn't do anything and after eating 3 packs by myself, thats a win win!!!

Okay. I am a spicy foods fanatic. That being said. These noodles were waayyyy beyond expectations. Prepared them like I would a regular pack of ramen. Although the directions say to stir fry them for a bit after drained.My mouth was on absolute fire for about 10 minutes after consuming. They were exceptionally good., almost too hot honestly.. I will probably give a few packs to family and friends to try also. If you are ordering this product for the challenge. Or simply because you are a spice connoisseur. I recommend this product. Once you get past the heat the flavor is not bad.UPDATE: after microwaving my second package; same results in tenderness if you cook longer. I decide to only use half of the fire sauce packet to control the heat level...Nope.. these things are almost too hot to consume in one sitting.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to eat this without a horrible reaction. I watched a few videos online and it seemed so terrible. When I tried it with my husband he was suffering, but as a Caribbean woman who grew up eating plenty of peppery foods, this was a little bit more than, “good spice.” It left my tongue tingly but I was still able to enjoy the flavor. I can’t say the same for my poor husband who grew up in a spice-less family.I really enjoyed the noodles, they were so spring-y and just a pleasant bite. If the sauce packets were sold separately in a bottle, I would 100% purchase it. My husband loved the flavor and would enjoy the sauce on his ramen and other foods, just in a proportion he could handle. Hoping that a bottled version of the sauce is released in the future!

My family loves hot dishes. Mostly everything we eat, we add some sort of pepper to it so we were so excited to try these thinking it would be nothing. We were so excited to test them out that we started to prepare them as soon as they arrived. LOL..boy did we fool ourselves! Ahhh, those things were hotter than expected. We did it as a challenge (as seen on YouTube); although I wanted to quit after my first bite, my kids kept egging me on to eat more so....I ate 3 bites lol. My girls finished theirs but one was in tears. I would say the burn afterwards lasted about 10 minutes.Good purchase! They are as they claim to be, hands down. If you truly like and can tolerate hot things you will definitely like these. The flavor is so good just so freaking hot!ENJOY IF YOU DARE

Hot and I mean HOTTTTTT.Hot as balls, HOT.Bought this to try the worlds hottest Ramen and boy it did not disappoint. Ate one package and never again.....well until I build up my tolerance more. Thought I was going to barf multiple times while eating, as it was so hot. I finished the whole bowl of Ramen and my mouth, and lips were on FIRE. I do not regret this purchase at all, will be sharing with my family members and I will just tell them that it's normal Ramen.

Spicy! Good tasting. I ordered these for fun. We love spicy things and thought we'd give these a try. They taste good and have lots of flavor. That's of course if you can get past the spiciness to actually taste it. If you're not into spicy I would not recommend these for you. The spicy part to this is more like an oily sauce. The oil helps the spicy factor linger longer in your mouth as the oil coats your entire mouth, inside and out. The sesame seeds and seaweed are a fun touch and slightly change the overall flavor. They are super easy to make. The instructions are a bit confusing but it's really a common sense kind of deal. I don't recommend these to small children.Overall, it was good tasting, fun and might consider another purchase.
