A hair stylist recommended this product to us when my son got a perm. This product is awesome! It's light weight, smells good, and holds the curl great! We also use a diffuser after application to set the curls. A little goes a long way so this one bottle should last a while. Great price!

I have 3b/c hair and I find this product woks very well in providing enough moisture. It doesn't sit on top of my hair, nor does it absorb it within minutes.I have fine but fairly dense hair so I can get carried away with applying product and I often apply too much. If you use this product alone and use too much then the worst case is your curls might be weighed down, which affects your look entirely. However, if you use it with another product, be mindful of your distribution because it will clump and cause flakes and it's not cute or fun. Believe me, I've done the research.I wish it were just a few more dollars cheaper but, it is very effective at keep my curls hydrated. I usually apply first day, reactivate and maybe touch up on the dry parts on the second day, and then maybe cowash on the third or fourth day because the buildup can get a little out of hand. I sometimes use it alone and sometimes use it with Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curls

I have tried lots of different curl creams for definition and frizz control. This formula is not too heavy or sticky. It does the job well! It’s worth every penny. I pair this curl cream with firm sculpting gel and then diffuse my curls. I get compliments on my hair constantly since switching to this product along with a great curl cut.

I have fought my curls for years. Bought a bottle of this a couple of years ago and liked it, but there would still be a bit of a fizz halo once my hair was dry. Finally figured out to NOT put my hair in a towel after a shower, apply this product when hair is fairly wet, crunch hair and then do not touch until hair is dry (air dry or diffuser). Once hair is dry, I gently rub/squeeze my hair in sections to break the crunchy coating. Soft, frizz-free curls. I was running low in my original bottle, so purchased another on Amazon. Name was slightly different. I used the new stuff a couple of time and then used the old stuff. The new stuff seems to do a much better job of holding the curl and creating fewer loose/single hairs. Maybe it is my imagination, but it seems like they not only changed the name slightly, but the formula as well.

However, my recent experience with one of their products fell short of expectations.While the product did provide some hydration, it did not feel as moisturizing as I had hoped. It did contain proteins and slip agents that helped with strengthening and detangling, which was a plus. However, compared to the other products offered by Ouidad, this one did not stand out.Overall, my experience with this product was mixed. While it had some positive aspects, it was not the best option from Ouidad's range of hair products. The price was expensive for the results.
