Shopped a long time to find these since I wanted a subtle way to raise my sofa with low 4" wide feet. Plastic risers would look awful.This quality is excellent, very sturdy and uniformly stained. The design with two open edges provides a secure fit for the two inner sides of my sofa feet without adding bulk to the outer edges. The dark color blends perfectly with the dark brown stain on the sofa feet.

Holds the bed frame, which is wooden, safely. High enough now to store things underneath.
