I love it!
This super shaver has been a life saver! It’s so easy to use. You can shave wet or dry. No cuts, nicks, or burns! No more stripping my skin of its naturally oil with a traditional razor blade. I haven’t gotten ingrown hairs yet from using this device. Easy to clean simply rinsing it under hot water after each use. They have a solution you can use too. I use the solution every other day. For the days I don’t, I just do a hot water rinse off. It has save time and is highly convenient overall. Haven’t had to charge it since I got it. This is a great value for money.Update: I’ve had it for over a month or two, can’t remember, it stands an amazing shaving tool! Also, the trimmer attachment is a plus. No need for many devices. This one tool does it all.

Perfect for everyday use. Maximum 1-3 days of growth.
Perfect for everyday use. Maximum 1-3 days of growth.I was looking for an electric shaver that I could use every day or nearly every day without the skin irritation that a traditional razor gives you if you shave every day. This electric shaver is exactly what I was looking for, with just a few adjustments.I have tried many electric shavers over the years, and I could never get a decent shave. I thought my facial hair was just too tough for electric shavers. It turns out that it was just too long when I tried using them.I almost gave up when I first tried this electric shaver because it wasn't cutting anything on my face. I had 5-6 days of growth on my face, and I had to remind myself that I was looking for a daily shave. I pulled out my Wahl clippers and trimmed my facial hair. I tried the Braun electric shaver again, and it was magic. I got a super close shave without the irritation. My adjustments to maximize the use of this electric shaver:1. I try to use it with 1-3 days of growth. 2 days is probably perfect for me.2. I still use a standard Gillette razor to get the tough-to-reach spots, like right under my nose on my lip.3. If I go past the 3 days of growth, I will trim with some Wahl clippers and then use the Braun electric shaver.

Great facial massage
Let's be honest--I'm not a fan of the shaving experience, either the facial massage or the sacrificial blood-letting variety. But, now that you know, the Braun Series 6 Electric Shaver is effective if you have to shave. I've done Remington, Norelco and been a blade man for several decades but recently had to switch to electric on doctor's orders. Braun is a reasonably close shave, this model is water-resistant so cleaning is easier, has several attachments for trimming and styling if you have sideburns or a beard. My version, 6075cc, has the full features: Sensitive Skin, Wet & Dry Shave, SmartCare Center for cleaning and charging, convenient travel case. Can also be charged directly with the provided power cord for the SmartCare Center. Has quick charge and good battery life, lights which indicate battery status. Probably biggest drawback besides shaving itself is the instruction guide is pictorial which may be clear to person who wrote but not to end-user but, "I'm a man, I can figure it out if I have to!"

Smooth
Got this from my husband, his other one wore out. The cartridge from his other one works just fine in this one so that’s good. We didn’t lose the cleaning cartridges. We got to keep using them. He must like it. He uses it every day. I don’t hear no complaints so I think it’s worth the money

No more Braun products for me.
I've used Braun products for almost 20 years. My current razor is a 19-year-old Braun 7680. The battery is dying so I replaced it with this. It still gives a closer shave than the new unit. You'd think after 20 years there would be some improvement or it would work as well as an old product. I’m also upset that there is no email address available for Braun or parent company Procter & Gamble to send a complaint. Here’s pretty much what I wanted to send them in an email:This may be my last Braun product partly due to the abysmal user manual. It's in three languages yet the majority of the 'instructions' are in hieroglyphics!I spent nearly an hour in three chat sessions to figure things out. Evidently these manuals are unintelligible to support staff as well as customers. A simple sentence in writing would have answered these questions that are NOT answered by their little pictures:* How long should I keep the razor plugged in before its first use? Your support person told me overnight but on a later chat said that as soon as I saw 4 lights on the razor it would be done, even though that was after just one hour. When I told him it had 3 lights lit, he told me that meant it was 3/4 charged and to wait for the fourth light. I went to check and the razor only has THREE lights!* He told me the light on the charging unit would go from flashing red to being blue when fully charged. So I had to contact him again when, after about an hour, the light was NOT red, NOT blue and NOT even on. Completely dark. He never did tell me what that means.* What do bubbles with the 'no' symbol over them mean? He told me something so involved I couldn't even remember it.I don't know if they think they're saving money buy not hiring writers for their user information, but writers get paid for a reason - they can communicate succinctly. Unlike your pictures which neither this user nor your support staff could interpret. This plus not working as well as a 19-year-old razor, is the end of the line for me and Braun.
