Used this to make biryani, of course! And it was delicious. Could tell the mix of spices was just right as soon as I opened it and could smell it.This item was exactly as expected and the box was in perfect condition when it arrived. Will definitely order again.

I used it with a ton of other herbs and spices and ingredients along with another brand of garam masala - I used about equal amounts of each brand since the components of each were not the same. ((i used Natraj Whole marwadi Garam Masala also.) I was making chicken tiki masala for the first time for a family birthday party at the request of the guest of honor. The chicken tiki masala was a big success. I combined aspects from about 6-7 recipes.
