I really do pay much more attention to my food these days and try and incorporate much more organic and plant based nutrient dense food where I can.I do a lot of exercise and am a big fan of vegan protein and energy bars (not a big fan of meat) and having tried loads I think these Supergizer bars from Superfood World are the best tasting (and texture too).Made from just a few natural organic ingredients, mostly dates, seeds, cacao and maca, and minus anything artificial or things like palm oil they are perfect for a post workout energy boost or for chucking in a backpack for a much needed healthy snack.I love them.

Im so happy that I bought this product. It was exactly what I was looking for. Not only is the flavour really great but you get a lot of different things delivered in this bar. You can see different whole seeds inside and that bar is very well balanced. The bar is very filling and I can often use it as a meal replacement. The energy boost from the cacao and maca is definitely noticable. This box of 24 is an amazing value for money deal and Im sure to come back for a second order soon. Really recommend it :)

Just the taste that is the bad part... Other than that it's fine

I'm a regular gym goer and follow a strict training routine. These bars a great pre workout for energy the levels. The 22g Carbs plus 7.9g Fat are enough to help the biggest of people power through a workout.If you're on a the smaller side then half a bar or workout is also possibly going to help.Secondly with real natural ingredients like dates, maca, almonds, sunflower seeds, cacao etc this great for nutrition. It's not a processed supplement bar but more a nutrition bar.Finally the taste. For me it tastes like a dark chocolate brownie. Delicious.

The ingredients are very simply listed- and are certainly reflected in the taste. On it's own the bar is not something you feel yes this is indulgent. It is more of a chore and feels like an effort to eat, probably will be used on a trek or other physical activity just enough distraction to take your mind of the taste.The texture is gritty and bits will get stuck in your teeth. I like the fact the ingredients list water- refreshingly honest and some of the sales go to a charity project which feels again like a distraction- pointless marketing.

Before buying the box I tried one bar. I liked the bar so ordered a box. It’s got a very nice flavour of cacao without being too sweet (like one of the other bars that I used to get a lot of). The texture is good too. Whilst it has good level of protein, I also use it as an energy bar during cycling or before I go for a run or a swim. It’s now my favourite snack on the go and at my desk in office. It also goes in my kid’s bag as a mid morning or after school snack.

Dissapointing flavour, quite dry and chewy.

I found these very heavy the taste not what I expected. I have better. Wouldn't buy again.
