I have searched high and low for the perfect tumbler. This Gemstone double-wall tumbler is the perfect size. It doesn’t sweat. It doesn’t leak. Some people say the lid is hard to remove. I disagree. It seals very tighly — which is a good thing. You can’t screw the top it off — because it doesn’t screw on. It slips on with pressure — and if you place your fingertips (even with short fingernails) between where the lid meets the body, it lifts up with only a little pressure. I originally ordered a clear one and wanted another. I guess I got the last clear one — so I ordered the smokey color. It makes a perfect duo with my first cup. I’m very satisfied.

Ordered this to have a covered plastic glass at my bedside table. It took some tugging and twisting to get the top off to wash it so I'm guessing it will be waterproof for some time yet as long as it doesn't wind up in the dishwasher. I wish it had a twist on/off lid but I'll get used to this one. I don't like the flexible straw. It's nice that it's orange but I prefer a hard plastic straw with a bumper on it to keep it from being pulled out of the glass by accident. I think I have a clear one tucked away somewhere that I'll use instead. It also has a hole for drinking without the straw which is nice but I'm so clumsy in the middle of the night, I won't be using that. This seems to be a negative review; sorry about that. It really is a nice glass and it will work just fine for snatching a drink in the middle of the night when you wake parched from desert dreams or bat frights.

This insulated "travel" cup is a new favorite for cold drinks. It does not sweat and keeps the drink cold for several hours. The lid is not leak-proof, but I don't expect these kind to be. The lid helps to keep the drink cold (or hot) longer and also acts as protection in case the cup and its contents get spilled - much less of a mess if a spill happens. The lid just presses in and is very tight. It is difficult to remove, so I haven't been pushing it on the cup as far as it will go. I think it will loosen up in time, but I am still on the lookout for a cup like this with a lid that screws on and off. There is a sliding cover for the drink/straw holes which can be removed with some effort for cleaning. If done carefully, it won't break.

I tried for 30 minutes to get that lid off of the cup. I eventually had to use a butter knife to put a wedge in it, just so I could open it! At least I know that if I ever drop the cup, nothing will really spill out! The straw is pretty cheap, just a plastic tubing. It's very easy to bend and misshapen. The cup keeps cold drinks cold for about 3-4 hours. I haven't tried using any hot drinks with this cup.

We ordered two of these for our RV. One of them came cracked, which may or may not have been a manufacturing issue. Instead of getting a replacement, I could only get a refund and then reorder it. After a month of daily usage, one of the two tumblers has a leak inside the thermal wall causing moisture and fog. If you're going to buy thermal cups or mugs, just spend the extra money for good, name-brand ones.

This cup had a lid that was very hard to get off and on. It wasn’t a twist cap. It was more like a suction cap. Looked great but functioned poorly as far as getting the lid on and off. Also the straw was made of this sticky plastic material. Threw it away after 3 uses.

The lid on this makes it hard to use without a straw. I ended up taking off the part that closed it so I could drink without it bumping my nose. Also, I'm not a fan of the big lip on the lid. Just makes it harder to drink from. Not a bad product, just didn't work for me.

Loved the tumbler for hot & cold, though the lid was hard to remove. However....it did not keep HOT, only warm, and now after just over 3 months, the tumbler seal (not the gasket, see photo) is broken and I had to throw it away. Only placed in the dishwasher 1-2 times.I would not recommend this product.

Not easy to clean, but it's not leak proof nor is it easy to hold. I feel like if this product had some sort of gripping sleeve or something like that it would be good.
