I've reordered it as i was really impressed with the quality and service. All packs were with neat and clean pieces. What's more appreciating is that the ice packs were also kept to ensure that the choclt dsnt melt.

1 packet was not good quality
I had ordered 2 packets and put both in the fridge as soon as it was delivered. The first packet was fine so didn't think anything of it. When I opened the second one it was clear the chocolate had melted and reset. The white strip inside is metled into the chocolate and you can't eat it without eating the paper too. Please see photos. It also does not taste good. It tastes chalky and grainy. I'm not sure how these chocolates are being stored but they should really consider improving it so that the chocolates are consistent.
