Horrible!
I didn't even give it one star as it was really really bad. There was no sweetness or flavor of any kind except when I got one of the blueberries I put in this ice cream mix. it was like thick phlegm, ewee , gooey, slimy. Sorry, but I will not be buying the other two flavors I planned on. I had to give it 1 star after all or I couldn't post it, darn it.

Don't waste your money.
After mixing a quart, it has no flavor. I suppose you could add fruit to it. It has the consistency of snot. When I washed the utensils from mixing this stuff, it would not melt in 125°F sink water. That makes me wonder what it will do to my body. Needless to say, this is the last time I will buy.

This chemistry needs work.
Did not taste very good, but it IS low carb.Hard to figure out what amount of milk (or water) is supposed to be added to what amount of powder.Not going to finish this bag.

Looks and tastes like frozen pancake batter, my dogs even refused to eat it.

I have no words for the taste, texture or anything else for this product. I may have had unrealistic expectations. As a diabetic I only expected a product that was worth pretending the price was worth it.As a kid, I loved soft serve ice cream, even without a cone. This one missed the mark and I would have been better off purchasing a Dai** Qu**n full sugar cone.
