Great information both for the ED and Boards!
I bought this for my ER AI and it had the right information that I needed to know. I love the way it's organized, so I could skip some sections and focus on more important ones, like trauma and cardio. It is also the best book I have found for sutures and blocks, especially the pictures. It has an occasional typo, but nothing that I would say is a ridiculous mistake. The only con about this book is that I was unable to finish it in a month's time...but I think that was more my fault. :) If you combine this book with the question book that is also offered, it's all you need for ER AI and it's a wonderful transition to residency. It has wonderful information for every specialty.

Just the facts
I believe one can handle 99% of the emergency cases if they just knows what's inside of this summary book.

Good as it Gets
Reading sucks. This makes it a little better. To the point for the most part. Much more digestible than Judy’s manual.

Perfect reference for the ED provider
Just as the title suggest, quick reference for all the pertinent information on everything that walks in the door. I use it often and carry with me to work
