I usually get this from Costco, but my membership had lapsed and I hadn’t got around to renewing it. I was very happy to see this stocked on Amazon and a good price. I find this spray oil works well, is a healthy alternative to processed oils and really lasts a long time. There really isn’t any taste or tainting of food when using it making it a more affordable alternative to Olive Oil.

Great product , good size, wide spray & even coating, making it very economical. Doesn't damage your pans, doesn't leave a nasty after taste. Definitely a winner! Thank you

Like the oil spray, however disappointed that it advises not to use on a hot pan which is difficult if you want to sauté items in an instant pot. If someone could assure me that it was safe to do so then I would be very pleased.

Hardly need to use any so really cuts the calories down.

I purchased this for cooking on an enamelled griddle. I don’t like using a lot of oil and eggs are especially fond of super gluing to the griddle, but with just a tiny spritz of this they simply don’t stick at all. I have to say I was amazed at how effective this is as I didn’t really think it would work as well as it does. Eggs just glide across the griddle now. This spray does leave a bit of a brown colouration, but no noticeable taste. I’m cooking on a griddle after all, and after other breakfast items have been cooked my eggs are never perfectly snow white anyway, so I’m not worried about a bit of coloration as long as the final product is intact and tastes good.
