Very fast germination and growth, less than a week. I am trying to buy all my seeds from this company because the seeds germinate at high rate. I garden in the Caribbean where it's hot, planted these in the ground, and we were eating them in 6 days. I shared some with a friend who grew them in containers and she had success, too. They really do taste like sunflowers seeds!

Used sprouts for salads

I am so pleased with these sunflower seeds for sprouting. I am new to sprouting these and found that they sprouted easily with a great germination rate. I let the little plants grow to about 4" and removed them for salads. Great flavor. I am experimenting with different ways to grow the shoots....water only, soil and hemp growing medium. Seems to work great with all three methods.

I prefer the smaller sunflower micro greens. As they get their second set of leaves the taste is a little more bitter. With just the first set of leaves there is nutty taste but not a bitter taste.

There's nothing wrong with the product. It is a nice seed that produces great greens. I think is a little expensive for the quantity that you receive. I know it's supposed to be cleaned and organic but the ones I grew from my bird seed seem to be equal to these.

So far, out of two batches, the sprouting rate hasn't been great. They do taste good, though.

Had very high germination rate, took some time, but eventually they did really well..grow mine indoors in potting soil on south facing window sill..love the nutty flavor, health benefits of course, use on top of salads, soups etc. Taste good and look beautiful as well! Would recommend if you enjoy growing microgreens!
