Talk about a magic pill! These all natural vitamins are unbelievable. I recommend either 1 of these time release pills every other day or the instant 3000 mg pills daily! My production at work has gotten better to a point where I run out of things to do. My life has also been more proactive. If these vitamins work this good, I can't even imagine what B12 shots will do! Strongly recommended for any gender!
