Garbage
Garbage. It turns on its nice light, seems like a great knock off of Critical, then no power touches your machine what so ever. Not a spark. Waste of money and time. If they would return or refund I’ll update.

Not what I was expecting. Might return.
Wasn’t aware that it was made in China (I should have read the details more carefully)I needed a new power supply and low on budget so I decided to try this out. Packaging was good but I wasn’t expecting the adapter to look like this, almost seems like it’s for a laptop. Power supply came all scratched up on top. I will do another review on how it runs.

Not a good buy.
Had it for a few months....was a slow warm up to actual voltage and then quit all together about 5 months in. Just stick with the original critical.

Scary / Not secure
Pretty Scary. The cord that plugs into the adaptor box, doesn't fit securely in there and wiggles around a lot. I got this back in May and it has worked decently as far as I can tell? But that connection makes me super nervous and with all the other bad reviews, I just bought a critical one for 3x the price, but still cheaper than replacing my machines.

Amazing.. Works perfectly and no irritation whatsoever...
I actually use this to cover a in the process healing open wound.. I put my gauze and then apply this over top.. Waterproof and moves with the skin so no irritation.. Much much much cheaper than tagaderm medical tapes

Bad
This product worked for me for about 2 customers. I immediately had to buy a new one. The directions were almost impossible to figure out and took about 20 minutes to even get it on the first time.
