These mesh panties are made to securely hold full-sized postpartum maternity pads. The polyester/spandex knit makes these underwear very comfortable, light-weight, stretchable and breathable. These premium pants have finished leg seams and a high waist to provide extended length to cover the torso, perfect for c-section bandage support. Our mesh boxer/brief style pants are reusable but also affordable enough to dispose of when they become too spoiled. It is best to hand-wash these reusable briefs to get the most use out of them, but they can also be washed on the delicate cycle in a standard washing machine like normal underwear.

Good to have on hand after surgery, comfortable
I had a hysterectomy and they gave me a couple pairs of these at the hospital. I immediately bought these upon getting home. Some help with measurements: I bought a small as I am of average build (5'5", ~145). I have a small waist but wide hips and big butt (waist 27, hips 40) but these did not bunch up as other full-coverage underwear often do, due to the mesh material being flexible. They were tighter than the hospital ones (hospital must use medium/larges) but didn't cut into my stomach or disappear into my butt, so I was happy.I didn't end up needing them all - they were to accommodate a large pad, and I didn't have any bleeding issues. I'm still glad I had them when I needed them and will save the unused ones in case any friends or family need them.

Buy these!
Personally idk what people are talking about. I've read a lot reviews on this product saying they were uncomfortable and the fit was too small. I ordered 2packs of 2xl 3xl anticipating my csection. Worried about ruining my own underwear. I ordered these less than a week ago and they're already here shipping was super fast packaging was small enough to fit in my mailbox and when I opened them up they looked like they were made of cotton. These are so so so soft and have so much stretch to them. I'm 9 months pregnant and I weigh 277 lbs I'm also only 5'3".... Just to put that in perspective, and they fit me comfortably now, lol I wear them in place of my maternity underwear they are that comfy! I barely notice I'm wearing them. I don't usually leave reviews but I just had to with these mesh panties. I will definitely be buying more when I get paid next week. I absolutely love the way these feel. Btw you can even wash and re use them. Seriously so convenient!

Comfortable - just like the hospital undies!
These are very similar to the single-use panties I received while in the hospital for my c-section. The S/M fits me fine - I usually wear size 8-10 and have ~40 inch waist. They are very comfortable and stay in place well. My incision is still tender, so I prefer these over regular underwear right now. They are durable enough to be handwashed and worn again.

Bought by accident, but really glad I did
I bought these on accident but was glad I did. I recommend every expecting mother has at least one package of these for when they leave the hospital. The only thing I didn’t like is that they’re disposable. I reused then when I could but they really aren’t durable enough to hold up in the wash.I planned a natural birth and ended up having a csection. These saved me. I would have been happy with them either way. They are just like the ones the hospital gives you to hold all the padding in place after birth. Easy on the bottom and incision if you have one.

Love these! So Comfy!
I had abdominal surgery and was sent home in the mesh undies they provided. These are just like the ones you get at the hospital. I love them! I have washed and dried many times and they have held up well. For reference I am 5'4" 180lbs and they are able to stretch more.

exactly like at the hospital
I got these in the 2x-3x and wear a size 10-12. That is the size they gave me at the hospital and while they do tend to stretch with use, they are really just for one time use anyway so it isn't a big deal. They have no issue staying up and are very comfortable for postpartum wear. I am not ready to have any pressure on my c-section scar yet, so I have stocked up on these

Soft and gentle
Just what I needed when I came home from the hospital, and I'm keeping them to wear during the summer when it's hot and muggy -- they make cute "boy shorts" if you're a woman.Though I got these to wear during my recovery from a hysterectomy, I have found that if you take good care of them (wash on the gentle cycle) they will last longer than expected.

Runs ever so slightly small - rides a bit low in the back (see picture)
fabric is wonderful and soft with good stretch - cut however is a bit "short" as it does ride rather low in the back - In other words it could have been cut better as most women are larger in the rear than in the front. But bearing that in mind I would recommend them but buy the next size up
