Nice chair but..
I am giving 3 stars for this product because I received this chair with missing pieces. I bought this as a birthday gift and when the person opened it it was missing pieces. How embarrassing... so i had to go through the hassle of contacting the company to get a replacement part. The phone number for the company is complete bogus. So it took emailing everyday back and fourth to finally get something figured out. Which was the company sending a whole other chair to me. Not just the part i was missing. So in the mean time it took a week for me to get the replacement chair. A week for the correct birthday gift to arrive. Then i had to ship the other chair back to the company. The chair itself seems to be really good quality. My boyfriend is extremely happy with it now that it has all the pieces. He says it sits wide and higher. And the handles are nice as well. The color quality is great and it is an overall good looking chair. We will see how long it lasts. He is a gamer and his chairs go through quite a bit of use. Overall happy with the chair not happy i spent $200 on a chair and didnt receive all of it on the first go.

Pieces missing and box looked like it was repackaged
I was excited when the chair arrived, unboxed it and it looked amd felt really nice, started building it and the main swivel piece was missing! I took a closer look at the box and it looked like it was already opened and repackaged. I ordered a replacement and i will update my review after using the chair.update: dont buy im giving -3 stars, pieces were missing and sent me 2 left arms, not worth the money buy a dxracer or secretlab

Disappointed when arrived.
Love the chair a lot the only problem that we had was the delivery conditions. We bought 2 and one arrived with a broken box and missing items. I was very disappointed. We have to return one and wait till we get another. 😔

Great Customer Service
I bought this chair as a replacement to and old cheap chair I got over 5 years ago. It was easy to assemble and has made me the most comfortable I've ever been when sitting at my desk. I had some issues initially, but their customer service was very friendly and quick to respond. I've already recommended this product to my friends, and I'm recommending it here too for anyone that needs a good chair.

Way better than my old office chair.
The neck and back pillow attachments are a nice plus. Well packaged with simple diagram instructions . Finish assembling in less than 20mins. Love how I can recline to sleeping position and take a power nap. Wish there more selection of colors
