My son (3.5) loves space right now. Bought this for him over the summer and he still plays with it every other day (5-6 months later). The other reviews were correct, the little arm thing breaks off easily, BUT if you take it off before you gift it (very easy, I took off one screw with a butter knife and it came out) not only do you have to deal with a crying toddler when it breaks (since they never knew of its existence) you ALSO have a little cubby. He likes to put rocks and little toys (like Barbie accessories) in it. The blue part where the space guy goes is a little tough to open but he only needed my help for the first few days (and then either figured out how to do it himself or stopped taking the guy in and out). He likes to turn on the lights and throw it (something I tell him not to do, but he still does it and it still works great, nothing has broken off).

Bought this for my 2 year old grandson. He LOVES it. Loves the “blast off sound and lights” He has played and played with it. So far it’s pretty indestructible. He did throw it once and broke off the middle tail fin, but I was able to reattach it with hot glue gun. The cockpit is hard to open for him but that’s been ok, because otherwise the astronaut would get lost! All in all, a fun toy for kids.

My 2.5 year old loves this space shuttle. It's great in a lot of ways, definitely well made with neat details. The one thing that's sort of annoying is that the cockpit is really hard to open. Not just for my 2.5 year old (I expected that), but for adults. We can do it with some effort, but my 8 year old can't. I'm hoping it will loosen up over time. The other compartment opens more easily and he's been content to play with the extending arm (though the end piece has come off a couple of times - easy to put back on, but just to note). Overall it's a nice toy and I think it will last and hold my kiddo's interest for some time, it just has a couple of small flaws.

My kiddos love it! It seems pretty durable, but we just purchased it so only time will tell. The cockpit window lifts and closes but often pops off. It's easy enough to pop back in though.

My son loves all this space so this was the perfect toy for him. He did break the window and lose the guy pretty easily by the second day but happy with it none the less. The body itself is pretty durable

Got this for my son for Xmas 2021. He loves it. The little extendable arm broke off but my son is rough with it. He slides it down the rail to blast off. It's still going strong. The door where the astronaut goes is a bit difficult to open but overall I say it's a good toy.

I like the concept of this toy a lot. It's the perfect size and the compartments open and close nicely. Unfortunately, there's a really fragile piece that is supposed to expand and allow you to stick another small piece inside it which broke the first time we touched it. It would never survive a child's touch; I'm not even sure how long it would have survived if only I had been the one trying to use it. That part is just not well made. A kid can still have a lot of fun with this, but there's a lot of drama that goes with a broken part.

This is an awesome toy for any space lover! I got this for my 4 years old son, and he is so happy with it! I ordered the entire space set, and my son can play with it for hours. The toy is high quality and has lights and sounds, and with all the set it makes a real apace adventure! I highly recommend this great toy!
