The Rawhide ExpressPeanut Butter Flavored Dog Chew, 1-Pound

Not a huge fan of rawhide for our 50 lb Goldendoodle or our 60 lb Labradoodle, but these are definitely a cut above your standard rawhide dog chew treat. They are actually advertised as "Beef" hide and come from Argentina......NOT CHINA! My dogs love them....several flavors are available and ours especially enjoy the chicken, peanut butter and cheese flavors. Of all the numerous treats we have offered it is these that consistently get our dogs the most excited. The best part is they will last longer than many other dog treats w/no staining worries. Do not expect these to last as long as most rawhide chews, but then these are much safer, so for us, it is a desirable trade-off. We have been using these for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend. 2 paws up as long as you are OK w/feeding an " animal hide" product.....the proof is in the results and after trying various rawhide products, we have had excellent results w/these! I feel these are @ least a step or 2 above any rawhide treats out there and you get a decent quantity (15-20 strips 2"-4" wide) in a bag for the price.

Great value for the money, consistent sizes and (apparently, to the dog anyway) great tasting. We'd ordered the "Green Cow Rawhide Dog Bones, Natural Chips, 5-Pound Bag" for years from Amazon, and were for the most part happy with them. But the last two packages had rawhides that were 2 - 3 times as thick as normal. For some of them I was able to split the rawhide into multiple strips; others couldn't be separated and, as our dog's teeth aren't what they used to be, had to be given away. The last time I went to purchase them I found them to be unavailable (and they still are).Pleasantly surprised to find these Rawhide Express chews available at a reasonable price. The sizes are all comparable and, while I don't care for the smell (peanut butter? really?) the dog loves them. Hoping these stay available on Amazon for as long as our friend is with us.

My dog loves these things. I think she likes these ones better than the smoked ones. These are great for when I just want to give her something that I don't need to worry about taking away from her later (like those big rawhide rings). She'll eat one of these in about 10-20 minutes, depending on how big/thick the piece. Only problem is sometimes she tries to swallow it all too soon, but i just had to keep an eye on her the first few times, and take it away before she eats it too quickly, but now she's gotten the understanding of not eating it too fast, so she's all good!The benefit of the big rawhide rings, is she's got something more to hold on to as she is chewing. But, these are great for a quick treat.

This is a large pack with many many chips in them so there is plenty to go around. We have 4 dogs and the pack last a little over a week and I hand them out a few times a day. It seems with dogs you can't go wrong ordering the PEANUT BUTTER flavor, If you have 1 dog this pack should last you at least a month. Well worth the value. I have order these many times, so may that my dogs go crazy when UPS pulls up. When I open the pack and the dogs see what it is they get so excited and the husky is howling. I grab a handful and throw it in the air and the PET PEANUT BUTTER PUPPY PARTY starts. My husky also uses it as a toy to throw in the air to catch it..

These rawhide chews are the BEST! They keep our pup Misty occupied for quite a while without leaving a trace of slobbery mess on carpet or furniture. The peanut butter flavor is her favorite; she never leaves a crumb!

5 stars for flavor although I haven’t tried them myself. My dog absolutely loves them! Whenever I ask,”do you want a peanut butter treat?” She immediately runs over to the pantry. She then proceeds to run all over with it and do body rolls whilst eating it.

I have two dogs. One is a boxer, with tons of stomach and skin issues. These treats are 100% digestable and don't make her colitis flare at all. The other dog is a husky. She also has zero issue with these chews. They are great for getting them to settle down for the night. I usually use them to get them in their crates and they chew them up in about 25 minutes. That's enough time for me to get ready to go to bed myself. I also use them when we are eating a meal. This way they are busy instead of passively begging for my food. Again, no poopy problems with these chews.

My golden retriever likes these. He gets one every night and loves them. However, some of the chips in a bag are smaller, and some are larger and thicker. So, if he gets a puny one, he'll eat it in 1-2 minutes. Then I have to give him another one that night. Even the thick ones he can finish off within 5 minutes, so it's not the best for keeping him entertained for a long time. But, these chew chips are a treat my dog looks forward to every night, and they're a good product.
