I haven't purchased any harness for any of my class containers. Q: Description says glass, reviews say plastic, Which is it and how thick? Also for 5 gallon brewing, is their enough head room or should I get the 6.5?

It’s a optional choice. I chose the plastic and it’s the same as the plastic for a 5 gallon water dispenser jug. I’d recommend the 6.5 as it’s exactly for having headroom to brew 5 gallons.
