Purchased as a present my father's 75th birthday. Upon my father opening the parcel, it actually doesn't seem to match the instructions inside. Its a small velvet material pillow in colour grey - nice. It has one button on the side of the pillow that you press once plugged in. It lights red (heat) , yellow (vibrates) , green for three settings. That is it. The instructions state there are settings for 1-6 heat settings and a timer settings for switching it off. This is either incorrect or not included in the package. There is no plug or battery which IS stated in the description. But no 'controller. Doesn't seem to make sense to my father or I. So disappointing , sent back and I will look to get my father something else. Not a great purchase at all. I think there is much better on the market for a bit more money.

Did not work. None of the features described were there anyway. Just a small pillow. Money refunded.

This product is not portable!! Only works when connected to a power source. Instructions inside box imply this too.

Works amazing and doesn't require charging. You simply plug it in and choose which mode you'd like to enjoy. Some may find the plugin feature a bit strange and might prefer a charge and go pillow, but the overall performance of the product is excellent nonetheless.
