I've been taking these raw probiotics for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed several positive changes. I've had gut issues for years, including constipation, diarrhea, and bloating. It is better than all the others. My life took a turn for the better within 12h of using it. Bloating gone, gas gone, stomach happy, no burps or hiccups and much more energy. I have tried the expensive over- advertised brands and never have had these results. I think that the enzyme complex they add to the probiotics helps a lot. Also 34 well chosen bacteria cultures help - it’s hard to find a product with such a variety and number of helpful bacterial cultures. Most of the products I used before had 10-15 bacteria types and no enzymes. I encourage you to look up the bacteria and see what it is good for and see if it will help your symptoms. That’s what I did and am thrilled that this product has all the ones I need.

All I can say is THANK YOU!!!!! I AM GOING TINMAKE THIS SHORT IF I CAN. I hope this isn't to detailed but my OB/GYN has suggested to intake probiotics I need good bacteria because I am having reoccurrence of yeast almost every month. The Greek yogurt isn't working. I have also been weight training since December 2019 so I am pretty active even during Quarantine so vitamins and minerals are important to exercising. Also I meal prep as well and I am eating according to my blood type which is a positive and that diet category is vegan / vegetarian diet ( chicken, duck, turkey is neutral info from eat right for your blood type app in your Google play pen Apple store ). For the past 30 days I've been struggling with BV no over counter medicines and creams are working not even the descriptions that my doctors have given me to get rid of this vaginal problem.. so I wanted to increase my probiotics and doing a whole lot of research I came across raw probiotics and the benefits of it and the main thing that stood out was digestive system and immune I also have been battling with my respiratory and my prescriptions for my doctors like prednisone isn't working. Long story short my package came Monday quick delivery I started taking it that day and last night I was very bloated and constipated and today I've been pooping and gassy like crazy but I noticed that my waistline has shrunk alot in 24hrs and my stomach it's a lot smaller and my vaginal problem is beginning to go away it works really fast once it starts it's nonstop will buy again but 3 bottles. I've already lost 10 lb this week I was just 255lbs on Tuesday now today I am 245 just taking this is beginning to cleanse my intestines. It may have took three days but it was worth it.
