This product is ok, but didn't really work all that well for me. Not totally bad or anything but I can't say it was any miracle or that it helped me all that much. And why doesn't it some with instructions? I too didn't know what the two black pads were for until I read some of the questions and answers here and found out they are for under the arms. Subsequently the pads were of no help in my opinion; way too bulky. Again, it's an ok product (seems well made, too) and maybe it worked well for some but I wouldn't rush to buy another product of this sort.

I have scoliosis in lower back and as I've aged to 50s I've let my posture worsen to the point I have some middle back issues and really bad neck compression in my disks. My last posture corrector was not as comfortable as this. In about 10 days and wearing it a few hours a day I am reporting my neck aches stiffness and middle of the back aches are gone. I do stretch and exercise, but do a lot of sitting, reading, computer work and end up slouching, leaning forward etc. This has amazingly helped correct my posture and I feel so much less aches and stiffness now. I have had these issues for years and if I'd just known that a device like this would solve my problems I'd given them a thousand bucks. For years I've read that 90 percent of back problems is due to lack of exercise, muscle tone and good posture. I believe this is true.

Si bien un producto como este es necesario utilizarlo por algún tiempo para poder obtener resultados reales, me es algo difícil lograrlo por las siguientes razones: 1) es un producto poco sencillo de poner y bastante difícil de quitar, si no te apoyas en otra persona podrías lastimarte. 2) es muy incomodo a pesar de contar con almohadillas para la zona de las axilas. 3) definitivamente no podrías utilizarlo debajo de alguna prenda, por lo cual, no es para uso diario al menos que estés en casa o tu oficio no demande una buena presentación. Considero que la valoración del producto esta muy alta para lo que realmente ofrece.

Pretty good. I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks and I think it works fine. I just wish it came with instructions so I know how best to use it.

Good product to correct my posture while I work. I sit at my desk for hours at a time and this keeps me from slouching. I also wear it throughout the day while running errands. For the first few days, my back was tight (assuming because it was forcing me to sit/stand up straight). After about a week, I noticed I no longer felt tight while wearing it. It’s holding up despite several hours of use a day. My only complaint is it rubs into my armpits (over my shirt) but I got used to that after a while.

This posture corrector was too small for my average size frame and shoulders. Additionally, the bands around my armpits caused chaffing and was generally uncomfortable to wear. There was very little ability to enlarge or adjust the device. Returned the item to Amazon.

I like it...takes time to get used to. Definitely can feel the muscles it is targeting to help fix my posture. But it already is ripping...only a few weeks after purchase and only a handful of uses.
