Organic Probiotic Deodorant Cream, Natural, Aluminum-Free, Unscented, Mix in Your Own Essential Oils (1 Jar) Island Deodorant

My mind is actually blown right now. This stuff is miraculous. I don’t know if this product does anything for people who don’t typically suffer from BO, but my daughter has had smelly B.O. since puberty (about three years) and her deodorant rarely lasts six hours past her shower. She started using this stuff a couple days ago and last night she came up to me and said “Mom, I have to hand it to you – this stuff really works. I put it on two days ago and haven’t showered and I still don’t smell.” I’m a scientist and a skeptic, but for this n=1, but THIS STUFF WORKS. Bravo, organic island. Bravo.

At first I really enjoyed this product because I have been looking for an organic deodorant for quite some time, but things changed when I broke out badly under my armpits (it's like a had some sort of allergic reaction. I was definitely unhappy because of this.

I am honestly in shock how well this is working for me. For YEARS I have suffered with chronic smelly pits, and I've tried everything! I'm so embarrassed to say how bad of a situation I had, I pretty much gave up on products and just wash my pits constantly. I started taking a probiotic and was reading about the health benefits when an article mentioned probiotic deodorant. I became intrigued and just happened upon this one and bought it, expecting the same thing to happen as with all other products, they work at first, then they don't. I have to say, I cannot believe that I don't smell, I always smell, especially in the morning, especially after coffee (makes me a little sweaty), and for this last week, I have no smell, none, and I only apply it once a day. I still get sweaty, but way less and I don't even care because I just don't want to smell bad. It doesn't have a fragrance, but I'm not looking to smell good, I just don't want to stink and this has miraculously beat the stink. I'm so incredibly happy, can't tell enough people about this product.

This is it! I have been a single mom for almost 6 years and I think all the stress has made my sweat really stinky. No deodorant from the grocery works for me. I even tried Lume and it makes me smell worse! This is my deodorant, nothing else works better! I can’t use prescription strength deodorant because it clogs my pores so I did my research and decided to try a probiotic deodorant. This deodorant works for 24 hours, and I can apply it a second time and it will last another day. I have very strong sense of smell and this deodorant helped me feel confident again! Thank you!

This is my go to deodorant now that I’ve gone aluminum free. I love mixing it with my favorite essential oils to get the scent that I want. As the description states, the consistency can vary based on the temp that it’s stored, but that hasn’t been a hard issue to overcome the few time that it has been too hard or too runny. When I first started to use it, I had to adjust the amount I was using because I was actually using too much. This caused the embarrassment of it running down my arm when working out at the gym. Once I cut back some, that no longer happened, and it was still enough to keep my strong armpit odor at bay while doing intense workouts. Also, I found that it gave me a rash if I used too much. I actually liked this deodorant so much that I continued to used even when it was slightly irritating one armpit. Once again when I found the proper amount to use, that no longer happened. While the odor stopping ability doesn’t last as long as your traditional aluminum containing deodorant, it lasts me all day when not sweating heavily. That works perfect because if I’m sweating chances are I’m going to be taking a shower and reapplying anyway. So basically it lasts from shower to shower for me. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with this product and would recommend to anyone that doesn’t have sensitive skin.

I'm a fan! Just switched to this from a drugstore antiperspirant after reading about the potential negative effects of aluminum. I mixed in some lemongrass and tea tree essential oils and it smells lovely. I wouldn't say that it keeps my pits completely dry, but I was expecting that after switching from an antiperspirant to a deodorant. They do feel drier than if I were wearing nothing. The important thing is that it feels nice and I smell good.

My wife bought this and used it. It worked somewhat for her but after a month or so, she noticed that her arm pits dark spots. She was going to go to the doctor for consultation when I suggested if she had used any skin products. She stopped using this deodorant and after a month or so the dark spots went away. Yikes. This was a waste for us. If she had known immediately she would have returned it immediately but it took a while for her to notice that she was getting dark spots.

This deodorant is great! I love it! Very light coconut scent. Works all day long. No need to reapply.
