So disappointed
I was so excited to receive the item and was very disappointed to find a hair within the packaging on the Shea butter. I was hoping to use it as a moisturizer. I’m glad I saw it before using it. This is really surprising as it doesn’t seem sanitary at all and this should be a priority especially in the times we find ourselves in right now.

There was a hole on the package when arrived. I can't see any expiration date on the package but the product smells really bad.

Awful Smell
I used this for a facial moisturizer. It was a bad choice. I say this because it has an awful smell. It over powered the smell of my essential oils. The smell was not pleasant at all.

the best moisturizer
Package arrived in perfect condition. The shea butter itself is so soft and moisturizing, melts and absorbs easily on the skin. I use it as a lip moisturizer to replace Vaseline since I'm allergic to every single lip balms on the market. Shea butter is non-comedogenic so it won't clog my pores, unlike Vaseline or petroleum jelly. It does have an unpleasant strong smell from it, as expected from unrefined raw shea butter. You can always add in lots of essential oil to get rid of the smell, but I'm allergic to essential oils so I'm gonna have to deal with the unpleasant smell. Raw shea butter will smell bad no matter what and it's not something that the company can control so I won't blame them for it. Overall the best unrefined raw shea butter you can get.

Good and BAD
If u use it on your own body fine. But, I sell a body cream. NOT good smell. But the worse is the color is terrible to the max. The first picture is what I bought here. The second jar is my original that I always end up with. The new one is sooooooo YELLOW. I wanted to cry. My customers are used to the white and creamy. Quality of texture is very good.
