I ordered these flanges upon the recommendation of a lactation consultant when I was struggling to get my letdown to respond to a particular type of new pump (BabyBuddha). I also have elastic nipples that get completed sucked in too far to most flange types. They were textbook perfect fit on me (I was certain of the size and had been fitted/measured before ordering) and worked extraordinarily well for me for many months in my pumping journey. I used them every day, several times a day for months and they never failed me. I'm weaned now, but I will likely buy more sets with future children. One thing to note: the large surface area makes it challenging to fit inside certain types of nursing bras with smaller openings--account for this accordingly to prevent tears...you may need to buy a different type of bra.

Really love the quality and affordability for this product. They are SUPER comfortable. I have bitties that point south and they hold on really well with the silicone doesn’t pinch or rub. The tunnel is great as I have elastic tissue. I’m overall very satisfied. I have 3 sets!

I had a Medela pump in style pump and these fit well. I was fit for size buy a lactation specialist and needed 10 and 12 mm instead of the standard that comes with the pump. I was able to use these with my pump with ease, and the crater shape worked well with the size of my breast.

Maymom replacement parts are absolutely fantastic! I’ve never had any issues with their products, and they’ve always been reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality pump parts.

It’s wonderful to have flanges that actually fit me. I have a 1mm difference between the left and right side and, as I discovered, that 1mm matters. These flanges are well made BUT (hence the fewer stars) what’s with the length???? Just one mm of difference between the flange I use on the other breast (standard size that came with my pump) but the length of the Maymom is insane. It makes it awkward and uncomfortable, it sticks out way beyond what is needed. As I also discovered, when placing a bottle down, unless it’s full enough to hold its own weight, the weight of the flange tips it forward and so the pumped milk spills. Why does it have to be this big and long?! On the photo it’s standing next to a flange ONE MILLIMETER smaller.

Before I found these, I mostly wanted to give up pumping. I have incredibly large broad breasts with semi-flat and highly elastic nipples. These are comfortable and fit properly.Edit to day that everything below size 19 is different. The inner parts are smaller so the outer parts still fit the connectors. However, they tunnel down, so it's so tight at the tip of the nipple, and they do r run the full length. So, milk splashes back up in the gap and once the nipples are stretched, they are longer than the inner part - which totally defeats the purpose of the longer tunnels.
