You Are Mine: Best Of David Haas, Vol. 2

I consider myself a life long Christian, but for some reason I've never purchased "Christian" music. My minister uses David Haas extensively in our comtempory services at my Lutheran church and I've found myself being very moved by his music. I decided to see if there were any albums of his music, so I purchased both vol. 1 & 2 of his Best of anthology. I have to say I really really enjoy this music! I feel it's very uplifting and true to the message of Christ. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something with a deeper meaning than what you are exposed to when you listen to top 40 and the other nasty stuff they put on the radio. My young children even like it and were quickly humming along. What a blessing to listen to something joyous in car with your family.

This CD has some of the most beautiful and inspiring music I have ever listened to. Not only is it Christian faith based, it is offered in such a way that it soothes the soul, gives us hope, offers prayer and energizes our own faith. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates music as a way of strengthening their faith especially someone who is experiencing an illness or any hard time in life.Being able to listen to the music before I purchased it sold me on the CD.Lauren St. Peter

Great CD and highly recommend! First heard this song during Catholic mass and, while I always enjoy music at church, the song You Are Mine by David Haas moved me to tears. I felt as though he was directly talking to my soul, and couldn't wait to purchase. Have not been disappointed, and neither will you.

I was gifted this album shortly after my mom died (2009). It brought comfort, inspiration, and hope into my life...especially at that difficult time. I've gifted it a few times to others whom I thought might experience similar feelings or, perhaps, different feelings but ones appropriate for them at the time. I have replayed it often in low times and good times. Never fails to bring me great joy.

The music is absolutely great. My favourite hymn is 'You are mine'. David Haas' voice is very powerful. The music is contemporary, and is very well composed. A great investment in Catholic music. I recommend this CD to anyone who is interested in the Catholic Church's repertoire of modern hymns.

Liturgical, spiritual, and diverse. All the necessary elements needed in one CD for assisting in your spiritual growth. Prepare to be moved over and over! Relax, pray, and enjoy!

There was nothing I did not like about this CD. We were grieving over the death of our only son and someone suggested that the music of David Haas would be comforting. Indeed it was! I would recommend this CD to anyone, grieving or not.Shiela

Apart from one song, did not much like the others. I chose the wrong CD :(
