The flour is great, with good protein %. However, I received this on 10/07/24. I was dismayed when I saw the expiration date is 11/19/24, just a little over a month! I don't bake every day and I usually only bake one loaf at a time. This was supposed to be my backup bag, in case I ran out of what is in my container, but I'm thinking I may have to use it before then. So, check that expiration date when you receive this.

This flour makes the tastiest bread I ever made in my bread machine. I like it better than Bob's organic unbleached unbromated wheat flour that I currently use (Amazon does not sell it) and better than any other flour I could find in store. It is not gluten free flour, it is 100% wheat flour.
