Purchased one to try it out and liked it so much I purchased two more. I use them for surf fishing on the Outer Banks of NC. The drag works great, the bail flips easily and the reverse works good also. I've surf fished for 50 years and know you can buy much more expensive reels but this one does the job just fine. Will purchase again if I decide to replace some more of my older reels. I've had other reels repaired and it cost more than this new reel. Therefore, I won't have any more reels repaired, I'll just buy another one of these. The 60 size is perfect for surf fishing. I'm thinking about buying the smaller, 30 size for boat perch fishing.FOLLOW UP on 6/2021 It sure is strange that when I purchased this size 60 reel, I paid $33 and change and shortly after I did my very positive review the price went up to $66 and change and now it's $77 and change. FYI, you can still fine this reel on other sites for less than $40. Someone got greedy here. The smaller size reels are still cheap.

I like the looks of it and is pretty smooth. Great value for a ultra light spinning reel. I don’t care for all the flashy colors on other reels. Drag is smooth.

pros.the drag on this reel is good enough for 4 pound test. very smooth drag system. the grip is a foam eva type which is nice. its a smooth little reel. the handle is extra long which is kinda funky, but nice to. dose not feel like a 30 dollar reel. im buying 3 more to put on my 200$ phenix rods.cons.little wiggle in the handle not bad but there. finish on reel is not the best. bail has to be flipped down by hand. not the lightest but not heavy either.
