The best recipe/fitness book I’ve ever bought. You’ll never get bored of cooking using it.
Two things attracted me to this book.1. The variety of recipes - Most recipe books aim at a niche, often seasonal or regional cuisine or to satisfy a single meal of the day. Whilst this book also has a “theme”, it is tasty recipes under 500 calories, it then covers the widest range of possible options I could imagine.BreakfastsSaladsDrinks, Shakes and SmoothiesMains for Lunch or DinnerHigh and Low Carb SidesMarinadesPlus a wide range of regional and dietary sensitive cuisine.AsianMediterraneanIndianClassicsOther World CuisineVegetarian & VeganI’m never going to get bored eating from this book.2. The knowledge - There are sections on the rules of healthy eating, and not just the usual nonsense found in “healthy” cookbooks. In addition there are Meal Plans, showing you how to construct your diet properly and Macro Tables showing how much you should eat based on your body weight, body fat % and fitness goal. It is simple to understand and then adjust to cook all the recipes in a quantity that is right for me.This book is for anyone who wants to learn a little how to cook quick healthy meals without getting bored but staying on track for their fitness goals or those just looking for a wide variety of recipes from around the world suitable for any occasion.It isn’t well suited to anyone not interested in their health as you won’t make use of the knowledge and the macros will just get in the way.I’ve tried about 5 of the 190 recipes so far and the healthy fried chicken was my favourite.

An essential cook book to add to anyone’s collection.
I absolutely love this cook book it allows you to eat the foods you love whilst learning to exercise restraint.Each meal has its macros laid out so it is goes hand in hand for anyone dieting or in any sort of fitness regime.Big thumbs up 👍

Simply the best recipe book!
I have been looking for the ideal healthy eating book for years - this is it!! The recipes are exciting and easy to follow. Had Healthy fried chicken last night OMG!!

Worth the investment in your health
A gem of a book that has really helped me during my mini transformation. The recipes are clear and easy to follow. All the macros are laid out as well as the possibility to see what is low fat or low carb should you be looking for something specific.

Variety of cousines!
Peefect to spice up your meals. I got bored of my usual cooking and this was easy to follow and some ingredients you can use for some other recipie in the same book.

This is my 3rd book from UP. There are so many recipe's to choose from and very easy to follow if you want a food plan. Excellent
