Excellent product for the cost. Handles very comfortable to use. Order and delivery service also terrific.

I understand these were extremely cheap, but in this case the quality matches the price.They arrived extremely coarsely ground, with rough burrs and no attempt at honing. While spending time grinding and honing is possible, I do not believe it is worth it, as the poor finish is only part of the problem.The wood of the handles is brittle and poor quality, one of the handles had a significant check (split) in it.The ferrules are thin pressed metal which would not provide any protection to the handle for mallet use.The steel of the blades is not uniformly ground, meaning some of the blades are thicker at one side than at another. This makes it impossible to grind a decent clean gouge shape.I'll probably re-profile a couple of them to use as very rough hogging chisels, but this is not the set of chisels to get someone who wants to start carving.

The items looked great online - a good selection of chisels, at a really reasonable price. However, when it EVENTUALLY arrived, the quality was shocking - the cutting edge on most chisels were so poorly finished, they had chunks missing, so really not fit for purpose. You get what you pay for! Not recommended.

Not sharp, some cutting edges broken, need a lot of grinding to get to working chisels
