I was very skeptical when I bought this! I have "grow lights" ...they are much more costly than this LED rig....and they do a very nice job in the growing room...BUT...I wanted to expand to use some unused space upstairs. After MUCH inner debate...I settled on this rig for 2 reasons.....One--the Price Was excellent...TWO....The Light scale was VERY close to Daylight! Gotta have that when growing! When I took it out of the box....at first I rolled my eyes...Very Light--Oh NO I though...I made a goof!!! BUT NOPE!!!....after hanging it on the shelf...and turning it on.....I AM VERY HAPPY!! In fact...I'm going to be buying MORE! YES indeed! Very Bright...a decent bit of warmth emitted...and the plants seem to like it!

Easy install. I liked the added hardware for hanging it. Good brightness. Liked I could plug them into each other. July 2021- one of the lights just failed. Started blinking a couple weeks ago, now it won't come on. The other one that is plugged into this one is still working fine. Disappointed the one quit after just one year

Exactly what I needed to light up my BBQ area. I needed light under my back porch awning for the bbq. Super light weight, bulbs and hanging hardware included. It lights up the whole area! I even connected it to Alexa with a plug. Now, I just say 'Alexa, turn on the bbq light' and the whole area is lit up! Easy to hang from exposed beams and it's so light weight, I don't worry about it falling.

I really really like this light. Why only 4 stars??? I'm 5'4" - exactly "average" height for a woman. My garage ceiling is average height, at just over 8'... I can barely reach the extremely short chain to turn the thing on. Another inch or three of chain wouldn't really add to the cost, and it would make this much more user friendly.

Much brighter than my previous lights and easy to install.My only issue was I thought there would be a simple way to connect power wires directly to it, even though it came with a plug. I wasn't sure how to open the unit to connect power wires, so I ended up putting an outlet box up to power the unit.

We have four of these LED 4 ft shop lights over our plants, including a small tree, that we bring inside for the winter (we live in upstate New York). Each set uses only 42 watts, so I am running them 24/7, and the plants really seem to like it. I have gotten rid of all my conventional fluorescent shop lights with the 4 ft tubes, which were a constant source of trouble. You can see our happy plants in the photo.

I put this light in the middle of my shop area and it really lights up the room very well. My eyes are getting weaker with age, so being able to see ruler marks and make precise cutting lines is really hard without good light. It's perfect in the center over the entire room to brighten up every corner and you don't get the flickering that comes with fluorescent. I will replace other lights around my work areas with these.

I ready some reviews about this product's electrical installation and some disappointment in this area. I have installed similar brands in my shop and my garage. This unit installed the same as the others. It has an electrical cord which is about 4 feet long with a dual prong plug. I as wiring and area in a potting shed, so I pre-ran my outlet that I had wired through a switch. This unit simply plugged in, no issue. It has another two prong outlet so you can "daisy chain" another unit. So again I am not sure why there were issues with others?
